This property is situated in the lovely resort of Pernera. It is a 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool. The villa is finished to a high quality with all amenities within the villa of a 5* standard. The villa also has 3 bathrooms with one being an ensuite. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout. Within the villa there is a television with satelite TV, also there is a DVD player and a CD player.We also have in this villa a playstation to keep the children occupied so why not bring your own games.
This villa also is within a walking distance of 3 of the best beaches in Cyprus. The excellent beach and marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach. By night,for the quiet evenings you can sit and relax in the warm summer breeze overlooking the pool that is lit up at nights. For those special occasions there are many good quality restaurants nearby and of course plenty of real Greek tavernas.

Protaras / Pernera area
Protaras has plenty to offer including wonderful beaches and water sports of all types are well catered for. The centre of Protaras has an abundance of shops banks car hire etc and there are many festivals taking place throughout the year these are generally advertised in the Cyprus mail the local paper.
Protaras has a small water park but Ayia Napa which is a 15 minute drive away has one of the largest water parks in Europe and is a brilliant day out for all the family. The quaint town of Paralimni can be reached by local buses or in a car a 10 minute drive away this is also well worth a visit. The smaller resorts of Pernera and Kapparis can be reached again by local bus and are a 5 minute drive away.
Should you wish to go further afield it is now possible to go over to the north of Cyprus the border crossing point is a 20 minute drive from the villa at Vrysoulles once across you can visit the Ghost town of Famagusta or an hour’s further drive would take you to the beautiful harbour at Kyrenia and its fabulous waterfront fish restaurants.
