Villa Sophia is a superb modern detached villa situated in the centre of Pernera, within minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, bars etc, and within 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beaches.

Protaras is within walking distance, however, there is a regular bus service.

The villa is within a select cul de sac of 13 similar properties and has sea views.

Patio doors from the lounge/dining room lead to tiled patio area with garden furniture and sun lounges. Private swimming pool and bbq.
