About the home

Luxurious 3 bedroom detached villa, located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, benefitting from a private 8m x 4m swimming pool within its own sun soaked garden. Perfectly located for a fantastic family, or couples holiday. It is within easy walking distance to the sandy beaches, and local amenities.

Two of the villa's bedrooms have a balcony that overlook the pool / garden area, here you can take in the views of the fields or even the sea.

Downstairs the large open plan lounge has all your home from home requirements which includes satelite TV, DVD player, Hi fi system etc

The well laid out modern kitchen area is fully fitted with granite worktops and top of the range equipment.

Outside, the beautiful garden benefits from the sun all day long, so if you’re not lazing away your day in the pool, top up your tan on one of the 6 luxurious sun loungers, or shade yourself beneath an umbrella.
There is a private outside shower area.
The garden benefits from a large barbecue area, and for those of you, who like to dine al fresco, there is a luxurious 6 seater patio table and chairs.

Villa Hermosa is ideally situated for those of you, who like to do their own thing, being situated just 250m from the sea, and only a couple of minutes drive to the local towns of Protaras, Pernera or Paralimni.
Whether it's lazing around your own private pool, with your favourite book, enjoying the peace and quiet (no busy roads here). Or for those of you, who would like a perfectly positioned villa, with easy access for any, or all of the local beaches, walks, bike rides, boat rides, water sports, snorkelling or the local restaurants, bars and shops.

The bedrooms all benefit from air conditioning, and all have large built in wardrobes. The main bedroom benefits from a double bed, and has patio doors leading to the balcony. Bedrooms 2 & 3, have twin beds, with bedroom 2 also having patio doors leading to the balcony.
The ground floor is bright & spacious, with two sets of patio doors, which open out onto the garden veranda & pool area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The lounge has a three seater sofa, and a two seater sofa for relaxing. And to keep the kids amused, a satellite television with dvd player or just relax & listen to the Hi-Fi system.
The dining area has a 6 seater table, for when it gets too hot outside.
The villa is maintained all year round, and decorated regularly to keep the high standards.
We provide an information folder within the villa, for guests to find out more about the surrounding area. With a guide for local restaurants, bars, beaches, boat trips, local cabs etc. and the local places that are well worth a visit.
A highchair and cot is available upon request, although we do not have stair gates.

Further details outdoors:
We provide and recommend the use of plastic glasses, for your outside drinking around the pool, as any breakages may not only cause severe injury, but may necessitate in the pool being emptied to remove the glass, the cost of which will be charged to you.

**Please respect that this is a non smoking villa, although it is permitted outside
** Welcome pack upon arrival is available if required (paid locally)
** Maid service can be arranged once a week, to change bed linen and towels (paid locally)
** Swimming pool cleaned twice a week
** English speaking representative available during working hours, to help with any questions, or if any problems arise during your stay, or even for recommendations of places to go.
** Guests are requested to vacate the villa, by mid-day on their day of departure (unless previously arranged).
** We ask that the villa is left in the same condition as received (hygienically clean and tidy)

Conditions

1. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

2. Additionaly a separate deposit of £250 (refundable) to cover breakages, loss of our personal property etc, will be required along with the balance payment. This will be refunded upon inspection and everything is ok

3. Please note, we do not accept bookings for all male / female parties. Our Villa is for families and couples only.

4. Strictly no smoking allowed in the villa, although smoking outside is permitted.

Protaras beach (5 minutes away)

The Famagusta region

Farmagusta (now a ghost town) is a city on the east coast of Cyprus, and is the capital of the Farmagusta district. It is located in a bay between Capes Greco and Eloea.
Boasting a wonderful climate, with long hot summers and mild winters.

The Protaras / Ayia Triada area

With so much around, and just short drives away, Villa Hermosa is the perfect base.
Try Pernera, just a couple of mins away, a small town, with it's street's of fantastic restaurants and bars, and a small but fun waterpark for the kids.
Kapparis a couple of mins away with plenty of restaurants and bars.
Protaras, just 5 mins away, with it's bustling nightlife, the beautiful sandy beach of Fig Tree Bay, or climb the 100 steps to the pretty Profitis Elias Church and the stunning views.
Ayia Napa just 15 mins away for the more enegetic, with it's famous water park and bustling nightlife.
Walking distance from the villa, you have Agia Triada, a lovely small beach, with a picturesque chapel.
Serena Bay, which has a small sandy beach, and the most scenic restaurant / bar.
The harbour by the Golden Coast Hotel, is where you can get boat rides around the island, or go fishing.
Paralimni is about 2 mins drive from the Villa, and here you have the local supermarkets for all your groceries. It is a typical Cypriot village, with it's churches, plenty of shops and cafe's.

Fly to Larnaca airport, and take a 40 minute taxi ride along the A3 motorway to protaras ( Crystal springs hotel or the Golden Coast Hotel are the nearest landmarks). Or you can arrange car rental from the airport. Easy to follow directions will be provided.
