The villa is open plan with a very large fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The lounge and dining room is furnished to a very high standard with a lovely stone fire place and patio doors leading off both the lounge and dining area to the patio and pool.and gardens.
There are plenty of sunbeds, sun shades and table and chairs for your comfort and the large garden is laid to lawn and flower beds. The sun roof terrace with fitted BBQ is ideal for a lovely evening meal outside with a glass of wine as the sunsets.

The Famagusta District
Southern Cyprus has a fantastic climate, excellent for summer sun and mild winters during which you could go to Trododos Mountains ski in the morning and back down to the beach in the afternoon! The Troodos mountains are recommended all year round for the wineries, quaint villiages and jeep/safari trip.
Explore one of the numerous pretty sandy bays, the famous Fig Tree Bay and Nissi Beach. Many of the beaches in the region have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' and are often lifeguarded. For the adventurous take a steep climb through scenic Cape Greko National Park to the rather beautiful Konnos Bay.
The Famagusta District's main town Famagusta is the island's most important port. For trendy shops drive to Larnaca or Nicosia. You can enjoy a good climate all year round and can swim in the sea between April and November. July and August are the hottest months with average temperatures of 33c.
Protaras / Ayia Triada area
The villa is ideally located a short drive to Pernera, Protaras and Kapparis all of which have excellent beaches and a vast array of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The resort of Ayia Napa is 15 min drive away for those preferring a good night life. The local bay of Ayia Triada is within walking distance from the villa with a small fishing harbour and a picturesque little chapel.
Enjoy the beautiful view of Profitis Elias Church in Protaras lite up at night from the villa sun roof terrace. Paralimini is the main town of the area and not to be missed. A traditionally busy cypriot town offering a wonderful array of churches, shops and cafes. There is a local bus to the town at the bottom of the cul de sac on the main coastal road that also takes you to the famous fig tree bay in protaras and the largest water park in Ayia Napa.
Take a boat trip from the marina at golden coast hotel or on the Catalaman from the local bay at Ayis Triada or simply relax on the beach and enjoy the sun.
How to get there
