Upon entering any Lenmike Villa you find yourself directly in a large luxurious open plan area comprising of the kitchen area, dining room area, and spacious living room area. The beautiful and modern kitchen features an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, 4 ring electric hobs, and a dishwasher. The dining area, which is connected to the kitchen, consists of a splendid glass dining table accompanied by 6 high back leather chairs. The spacious living area has a 2 and 3 seat leather sofas, as well as a glass coffee table. Entertainment facilities include a flat screen TV, satellite TV, and a Playstation, which also plays DVDs.
From the living room area, patio doors lead out outside to the magnificent modern-shaped private swimming pool, which is equipped with Hydro-massage jet. The large terrace area features plenty of sun beds, sun umbrellas, and a garden dining table with 6-8 chairs, making it the ideal place to rest, swim, and sunbathe. Outside, you will also find a pool side shower and an exterior sink, just in case you need it for any purposes, such as cleaning fruits or washing your hands. Barbecue is also available in case you decide you would like to spend the whole day relaxing at home! Some of Lenmike Villas also feature their own private garden, located just in front of the sea, which you can use for various purposes such as sunbathing, playing family games with your children, or simply enjoying the breath-taking view!
In addition, the ground floor features the first bedroom, which has two single beds. A bathroom is available just outside the bedroom.
The staircase leads to the lower ground floor. Here you come across a large area including the washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lower floor is also equipped with a shower room, which includes a high-tech Jacuzzi shower and Sauna, as well as an extra toilet.
Moving up to the first floor, you will come across the remaining 2 or 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large double bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has direct access to a private balcony equipped with a balcony table and 2 chairs. The remaining bedrooms are a mix of double rooms and twin rooms, depending on the villa.
In addition, you could also take advantage of the breathtaking sea-view roof top terrace, enabling you to sit, relax and enjoy the view!
The villas are fully air conditioned; each room and bedroom in the house has its separate air conditioning unit. Available, and free of charge, are also a safety deposit box, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The Protaras / Central Protaras area
Protaras is amongst Cyprus' most popular holiday destinations, catering for thousands of tourists every year. Far less raucous than the nearby resort of Ayia Napa, Protaras attracts families and couples keen to experience the area's fabulous beaches, quality accommodation, varied nightlife and wide variety of restaurants.
Purpose built for holidaymakers, the resort is reasonably compact and ideally located on the eastern coastline of Cyprus, with a backdrop of around four miles of golden sands and turquoise waters. While most hotels, bars and restaurants are located in the areas of Fig Tree Bay and Pernera Beach, you're more than likely to be within walking distance of the sea and a beach wherever you stay.
Whether you prefer a relaxing holiday soaking up the sun, or an activity filled break full of unforgettable experiences, Protaras is an excellent choice. There are plenty of beauty spots to explore at your own pace, amongst the best of which are the rugged coves of Cape Greko or the quaint church at Pernera beach. Thrill seekers can head to any number of well maintained local beaches and try their hand at the various water sports on offer, be it kayaking, parasailing, jet-skiing, motor boating or wind surfing.

From Larnaca International Airport the quickest way to Protaras is by Taxi service, which can be found directly outside the airport. Alternatively there are numerous car hire facilities as you exit the airport arrivals. It is advisable to pre-book the car you would like to hire to avoid any further delay. If preferable, you could also hire a car in Protaras which may be cheaper than airport rentals.
Public transport buses are also available from bus stops outside the airport to various locations in central Larnaca where one may change bus routes to other destinations throughout the island. There are also direct intercity buses serving the airport, with direct links to other towns and cities in Cyprus. Information regarding buses and bus routes are available at Cyprus Bus Timetables (www.cyprusbybus.com, and www.intercity-buses.com)
If you decide to rent a car from the airport, follow these guidelines to reach our property:
Exiting the airport, you will be automatically directed on to the motorway. You must now stay on this motorway going straight ahead for approximately 42km, cautiously following the signs for Agia Napa & Paralimni. Eventually the motorway will end at a large roundabout where you will see a signpost on your left directing you to Protaras. After you take this left exit, continue until you reach a smaller roundabout and proceed driving straight. At this point you will reach Paralimni roundabout where you will have to take the last exit, on your right. Continue driving until you reach the final roundabout where you will carry on driving straight, following the signs towards Protaras. At the end of the road you will encounter traffic lights where you must turn right.
You have reached Protaras! Continue driving straight and pass the first set of traffic lights. In approximately 200 meters you will find Protaras main traffic lights where you will have to turn left, which leads you directly in the main road. The first thing you will encounter in the main road is a McDonalds restaurant. Continue driving for approximately 500 meters until you see a large sign on the left side of the road (up a tall building) with the name Mike & Lenos Tsoukkas Complex. Then turn left and immediately right into the property.
