Inside has been decorated with warm furnishings enhanced with some colorful modern touches to create a homely stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything guests might need during their stay and each of the bedrooms are comfortable and come with plenty of storage space. Situated in Kapparis (a suburb of Protaras) this elegant 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for peaceful surroundings, while at the same time close to the action offering a perfect base for guests during the their stay in Cyprus. Fully equipped kitchen for those who like to self cater. Utensils, crockery and cutlery is also provided. Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps. The second bedroom is a twin room and also provides bedside cabinets and lamps. All linen is supplied and mattress and pillow protectors are provided. Wide screen TV in lounge with DVD player. The property has air conditioning throughout to ensure your stay is comfortable and is included in the price. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own.

The complex is safe for small children. The communal pool area is private and secluded and the entrance is operated by an electric gate so only residents can use. In the apartment you will find 2 white cards. One is for the barrier at the main entrance and the other is for the electric gate at the pool.

The property sleeps 4 maximum. Minimum nights stay is 7. Changeover day is generally flexible but during the busy season it would depend on the calendar. Guests are responsible for their own safety at all times. A health and safety pack is provided at the property for your safety. Please arrange your own travel insurance.

20% deposit to secure the property and the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. This apartment operates a no smoking policy inside. Smoking is permitted outside only. No pets allowed.
Guests that stay for 7 nights would receive an arrival clean included in the price.
Guests that stay for 10 nights would receive an arrival clean and after 7 nights linen and towels would be changed, included in the price
Guests that stay for 14 nights would receive an arrival clean and after 7 nights would receive a second week clean, linen and towel change, included in the price.
The Famagusta region
Famagusta has become the islands most popular location because of its crystal clear coastline. Built up of many villages, the town of Paralimni and the major resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa. There are many golden sandy beaches large and small stretching over ten miles with shallow waters and no shortage of water sports. The weather in Famagusta is generally pure sunshine and virtually cloudless throughout the summer months. Cyprus is full of historic and cultural sites including the two beautiful churches in the town of Paralimni which attract visitors from all over the world. Paralimni also offers a mixture of traditional and modern shopping along with a variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The beautiful Cape Greko's National Park, an area of national beauty is well worth a visit and famous for its cliff diving. The area offers many sight seeing trips including boat trips to the North (a different Cyprus) or a trip to Troodos Mountains is a popular day out.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
Kapparis is a restful small resort, a suburb of Protaras orientated at families offering a safe environment for children. Explore the coastal path and you will discover a few secluded sandy coves and places of natural beauty including the breathtaking crystal clear waters of the Med. The wide variety of bars and restaurants all welcome children and most have nightly entertainment. Most restaurants also offer a delivery service. Kapparis is growing in popularity every year and is ideally located should you wish to take a trip over the Northern side of Cyprus. The bustling resort of Protaras is a short drive away and further along you will come to the famous Ayia Napa. Car rental is recommend to explore and fully appreciate the East Coast of Cyprus.
Situated on the East Coast of Cyprus, Protaras has become the most popular resort catering for families. The many shops to browse in include your local supermarket for every day needs, pharmacies, shoes, clothes gifts and jewellers. You will find plenty of options for dining out offering menu’s such as Mexican, French, Tai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, English and traditional Greek dishes and many more. The restaurants are family friendly whether you are wanting a snack from the bar or a la carte meal in a more sophisticated style of dining. Protaras offers something for everyone, a perfect holiday retreat with a wonderful climate.
