About the home

Villa Caroline is located on the exclusive Greco Mare gated complex on the outskirts of Protaras, just four minutes' walk from the beach and the aquarmarine waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resort and beaches of Ayia Napa and five minutes from the centre of Protaras, the villa has easy access to supermarkets, excellent restaurants and entertainment locally.

The villa benefits from its own private pool and patio area with sunloungers and table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double bedrooms and travel cot, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding areas to see and do during your stay. There is also a small residents childrens playground on the complex.

It is perfectly located for those wishing to have a quiet relaxing holiday with the option to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Protaras and Ayia Napa should they so wish. Ideal for a romantic stroll in the nearby Cape Greco National Park to watch one of the many awesome sunsets from the top of the Cape.

Welcome baskets can be arranged on request for a small extra charge.

Changeover day - flexible. Arrival after 1600 on arrival day and departure by 1100 on departure day unless by prior arrangement. Late checkouts will be charged at half the daily rate.

Airport transfers arrnaged on request.

Conditions

20% of rental fee needed to secure booking.

Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date.

Security/damage deposit of £200 required to be paid with balance which will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the villa, subject to confirmation from our managers that nothing is damaged.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta is a beautiful region, you can be skiing in the Troodos in the morning and in the afternoon sunbathing on the beautiful beaches

Cyprus has a wonderful Mediterranean climate throughout the year which makes this the best choice for a holiday destination. Famagusta region stretches out in the eastern corner of Cyprus and is the most popular of the whole island.

Just a short drive to Troodos Mountain is also a place for a visit, passing through small local Cypriot villages populated by friendly & welcoming locals. Skiing is available in the winter months, making Cyprus an all year round destination.

The Protaras / Cape Greko area

The Cyprus holiday town of Protaras, has all you need and more to make sure you enjoy your break. The main strip has plenty of bars, nightclubs and restaurants, catering for all your culinary needs. Cypriot and Greek, English, Italian and Indian tastes are well catered for and the bars all have plenty going on to entice you in and let you hair down.

Protaras and Ayia Napa are just some of the few stunning spots for those who love the sea as well as water sports. The coastline of Protaras is known to have the best beaches on the whole island with it's blue flag areas. The chapel of Prophet Elias situated on a mountain hilltop, has been awarded with amazing views of the Protaras coastline.

Some of the places tourists visit is Ayia Napa's fishing harbour, the mediaeval monastery, small churches and windmills that spread out into the areas of Protaras and Paralimni. Ayia Napa boasts the biggest themed water park in Europe with exhilarating rides providing fun and entertainment for all age groups. Now a very popular lively place with a vibrant night life of night clubs, bars and restaurants.

Cape Greko is a protected nature reserve on the South-East corner of Cyprus. It's a home to many animals and plants. Nearby Konnos bay is one of the most beautiful spots on this region a must to visit during your stay.

The quaint village town of Paralimni is only 5mins drive which is more of a traditional local area, but caters for all your needs with 2 large main supermarkets. This region is known as red-soil village which is a major potato producing area on the island. Visit the numerous "red soil villages" to experience traditional Cypriot hospitality.

The villa is located approxiamtely 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport.

Scheduled flights to Larnaca are operated by BA all year round. Low cost carriers Easyjet & Monarch fly into Larnaca airport as well as Thomas Cook and Thomson/First Choice.

Car hire can be arranged at competitive prices, as can transfers from airport.

The villa is easy to find and driving directions can be sent on request on confirmation of booking.

“peacefull, relaxing lovely.” Situated in a lovely quiet and very clean area, everyones very friendly, easy access to the beach, good for kids, shops close by stock everything, only 15mins from ayia napa bus or car, fantastic restaurants near by, a lovely place to stay. highly recommended.....
