The Famagusta District
Cyprus is a fantastic holiday destination with a great climate and over 300 days of sunshine a year on average. The south of the island offers good beaches, ancient ruins and temples, quiet inland villages and landscapes, skiing on Troodos Mountain, watersport activities and a vibrant nightlife in the larger towns.
Protaras / Ayia Triada area
Ayia Triada is on the outskirts of Protaras. Villa Eros is the last property on a small road that leads to the beach and fishing shelter where the fishermen bring in their catch of the day. A restaurant and bar are about 10 minutes walk away. All along this coast are beautiful beaches and coves which are ideal for diving and snorkelling. The property is near to the local bus route which travels through all the resorts in the area and on to the famous Water Park at Ayia Napa. In the other direction the bus goes into the nearest town of Paralimni. This is a traditional Cypriot working town with supermarkets, shops, banks etc., as well as tavernas and coffee shops where you can take a break and watch the world go by. A car is not essential at this property and taxis are very reasonable. However, if you would like to explore the area further we can arrange car hire and will be pleased to send you our competitive car hire rates.
How to get there
Larnaca airport is the nearest to the villa and is a 50 minute drive. Paphos airport is about 2 hours away.

Further details indoors: The villa has two bedrooms and will sleep 4 people. The double bedroom has a private balcony and looks out onto sea views. There is also a twin bedroom overlooking the pool and a family bathroom with shower on the first floor.
The ground floor is open plan and comprises a lounge furnished with leather sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and includes washing machine, electric cooker and hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. The dining table will seat 6 if required.
The villa is air conditioned for your comfort and in addition there is a ceiling fan in the lounge and free standing fan. A guest cloakroom is situated on the ground floor.
A cot and highchair can be provided for a small supplement, as can a fold up bed for a 5th person.
Further details outdoors: Outside the private swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m) is surrounded by terraces with plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy al fresco dining. Sunloungers and patio furniture are provided. There is off road parking for two vehicles if required.

Terms of Booking:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal but this does incur a 3.5% service charge.
A £250 refundable deposit is required against damages and breakages. This is payable with your final payment and will be refunded in full within in 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
We only accept family bookings at this villa and do not accept bookings from single sex parties.
