The bedrooms are furnished with quality beds – a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom - with fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms.
A flexible sleeping layout means that families, couples and groups alike can benefit from the peaceful setting, wealth of activities and excellent local nightlife this apartment has to offer. Thea Court is perfectly located - whether you like to relax by the pool, hit the beach or go for something more energetic, everything is within easy reach. Excellent facilities such as restaurants, tavernas and supermarkets are all approximately within 5 minutes walk away.

Please note ,the property is adapted with wheel chair ramps, with acsess via lift to the apartment ,but as yet is not fitted with lifting facilties in the apartment itself.

Conditions
* We regret that we will not accept bookings for all male or all female groups. Thea Court is for families and couples only. Entry will be refused if the conditions are not adhered to.
* A £75 (GB) non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your departure.
* A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £100 (GB) is required with all bookings. This is payable with the final payment and refunded within 15 days of your return (once the keys have been handed back), less any deductions for losses, damages or breakages as advised by our management agent.
* We adopt a non-smoking policy in the apartment and ask that you respect this request for the benefit of our other guests.
*The apartment is to be vacated by 11.00am prior to departure unless an agreement has been made prior to your holiday.
*Airport taxi,s can be arranged at approx 90euro return fare to and from the apartment .

=== Ayia Napa ===
Offering something for everyone, is only 15mins by car from the apartment. Having cleaned up its image in recent years Ayia Napa is now a more sophisticated, cosmopolitan, family friendly town with some excellent restaurants. If nightlife is your thing, clubbing to the early hours is available along ‘the strip’ with taxis available to take you home. A huge waterpark here provides a great day out for the kids and adults alike.
=== Cape Greko ===
15mins by car is a local nature reserve of many square miles, this area makes for some excellent cycling or an afternoon walk to take in the many picturesque views out to sea. A few minutes further on and you can witness the awesome sea caves. On your way back check out the lovely beach and bar at Konnos Bay.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
=== Protaris ===
5 minutes drive from the apartment, Protaras has all the facilities one would expect of a family resort including plenty of restaurants and nightlife. The excellent beach at Fig Tree Bay is definitely worth a look, as are the numerous water sports available. There are dive centres for exploring the crystal waters of the Med and mountain bike hire for those who want to explore the trails through the beautiful countryside.
=== Kapparis ===
A suburb of Protaras, Kapparis has many amenities of its own, all within walking distance of the apartment. There are numerous bars and restaurants which are universally excellent. With Greek, Cypriot and international cuisine available you'll never get bored of the choice on offer! Fireman’s Cove, the closest sandy beach, is less than a 10minute stroll from the apartment (2mins by car) and is great place to sun and swim in the clear blue sea, or a starting point for a walk along the coast. The beach at Ayia Triada is also a favourite.
=== Paralimnia ===
This local town, which is less than a kilometre from the apartment , will give you a taste of the real Cyprus. Watch the locals playing backgammon on the street corners, perhaps sample a local brew in a traditional taverna and take a walk around the centre and historic churches. Open all year round this is especially popular with winter visitors.

| Airport: | Larnaca: 50 km |
Fly to Larnaca airport (LCA) which is an easy 40 minute drive away. Cheap flights can be found using www.travelsupermarket.com, www.monarch .com.www.flythomascook.com or www.cyprusairways.com. Paphos airport (PFO) offers an alternative and is approximately 2 hours from the apartment.
EASY JET NOW FLY DIRECT TO LARNACA FROM GATWICK, ALSO MONARCH FLY FROM MANCHESTER AND BIRMININGHAM.
Driving in Cyprus couldn't be easier. They drive on the left (as in the UK) and road signs are in English as well as Greek! With the influx of EU money, the main roads and new motorways on Cyprus are excellent.
Car hire is available cheaply by booking from the UK with companies like www.carjet.co.uk or www.hertz.co.uk or you can use a local firm for all or part of your stay once you arrive.
Public transport in the area is cheap and the closest bus stops are 10 minutes from the apartment. From here you can get to the neighbouring towns and resorts of Protaras, Ayia Napa and Paralimni.

The apartment is very well presented and maintained, it has everything you need and is in a good location for a walk to the beach, bars and restuarants. It is very well equiped and the balcony makes for a good place to dine if you want to eat in. The owners Alan and Bev are very flexible with dates and go out of their way to ensure that their apartment meets expectations. This year will be our third time to Thea court and it's been a really great holiday & very relaxing, the keyholders Sandra and John are great people and are there when you need them, the complex and both pool's are maintained to a very high standard and are a credit to the residents and owners. |

Fantastic modern apartment - home from home! Very clean and reasonably sized communial pool. Great 'ex-pat' neighbours too - very friendly and helpful. Well located within a few-minutes' walking distance to Kapparis' beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The bustling town of Protaras, with its golden beaches, is less than a 10-minute drive from the apartment. A regular bus service is also available to Protaras from Kapparis. |

This is a lovely light and airy modern appartment that we have stayed in several times as it feels like home from home.Only good things can be said about our stay, it has everything one would want from a holiday appartment and then some. Bars,shops,beach and restaraunts are a short walk away. A short drive or bus journey takes you to the larger resorts so it's the best of both worlds. We have already booked for 2012 and can't wait to start the day with that early morning swm. Alan the owner could not be more helpful. Neighbours John and Sandra are always on hand to assist.,lovely people. |
