About the home
Downstairs is a large open plan living - dining area with a marble staircase leading up to four spacious bedrooms. The lounge features light colour comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a large TV with local satellite channels.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need during your stay, including a large fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, hob, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. Villa Tranquility’s dining area is furnished with a modern dining table and six elegant chairs.
Completing the ground floor area there are a cloak room and guest toilet here.
There are two sets of large sliding windows opening out from the lounge area to the villa’s terrace and private pool. The large pool and garden areas are equipped with dining table, outdoor lounge furniture as well as sun-beds plus a large BBQ. There is also an awning for added shade.
Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms (2 double, a twin room with bunk beds + a sofa bed and one single room with extra camp bed), two of them with en-suite shower rooms. The main family bathroom is located on the first floor, it has a full size bath with shower over. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Villa is fully air-conditioned.

Deposit of 25% to be paid on booking, with full payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security bond of 250 euros for breakages or damages is required which will be held on credit card and returned to guest 14 days after departure.

Conditions
All our representatives will be available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will guide you to the property and provide you with any information that you may require. Terms and conditions will be sent with all booking forms. If guests require additional services during their stay, such as airport transfer, welcome packs, maid service etc., these can be provided by the management company on request.
Flexible on arrival and departure days, guests will be required to vacate the property at 10.00 a.m. on departure and arrival is after 4.00 p.m. If any guests have special requests for arrival and departure, please contact the management company direct.
