This large luxury spacious Villa is part of a small exclusive development set in sizable grounds enjoying privacy in a tranquil setting, with views to the sea and Saint Elias Church. Furnished to a high standard with air conditioning throughout, the Villa offers a spacious open plan lounge with seating for 8, TV / DVD / Sat and stereo system. The kitchen has granite worktops, breakfast bar and is fully equipped with hob/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Also located on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite toilet & shower.
Three further double bedrooms are located on the first floor each with a balcony and their own en-suite toilet & shower. One bedroom has twin beds while the others have double beds. The large private pool and sun terrace has ample sun beds, patio furniture, pool shower and BBQ. The extensive garden is fully landscaped, and together with the illuminated pool and terrace provides an ideal setting for alfresco dinning.

The Villa has 4 double extremely spacious bedrooms with all of them having their own en-suite toilet and shower. All four bedrooms have remote control air conditioning as well as the living / dining areas. Air conditioning is included in the price. Each bedroom has a dressing table, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 are on the first floor and each enjoy a balcony and sea view. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor making it ideal for people who would find stairs difficult. A separate guest toilet is also located on the ground floor. All pillows, linen, blankets and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels for use around the swimming pool and sun terrace.
The open plan living space is very spacious with large patio doors to the swimming pool and eating area on the sun terrace. There are 2 sofas and 2 easy chairs and the large dining room table that comfortably accommodates 8 people. All mod cons are provided in the kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and large fridge / freezer. The flatscreen TV is equipped with Satellite including English language films, kids channels and drama or you can bring your own DVDs to enjoy.

Our huge 10m x 5m pool is kept spotless with two visits a week from the Professional Pool Maintenance company. The extensive fully landscaped gardens are maintained once a week so that you and the children can enjoy them.
At Villa Elizabeth we know you will be spending lots of time outside, our Villa has a massive plot of 1400m2 with planted areas at the front and rear. There is a large table with 8 good quality chairs and very comfortable sun-beds, there is a barbecue area next to the swimming pool. Our private gardens and sun terraces enjoy both sun and shaded areas making it ideal for all the family.

The Service and Support: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided so that you can have a cuppa or a glass of wine upon your arrival and have basic provisions the following morning before visiting the local supermarket. Our Manager will visit you the next day to ensure that you are settled in and answer any questions you may have. There is an information folder in the Villa which contains details of all the Villa facilities, a contact number for our Manager, details of local doctors and dentists, information on the local area with shops, restaurants, etc. A change of linen and towels will be made after the first week (14 night stay only). Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own for use around the pool and on the beach. Cots and high chairs are available for hire during your stay. The garden and swimming pool will be fully maintained throughout your stay.
Conditions
We do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties, the Villa is for family accommodation. Special Offers are available for a group of 6 people out of season. Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa however ashtrays are provided for use on the Sun Terrace. Pets are not allowed. The ground floor bedroom together with the large open plan lounge with its 3 main patio doors leading to the terrace make it ideal for the elderly or infirm and provides some wheelchair access.

The Villa is situated in a quite residential area in Protaras and is just a 10 minute stroll from the main area of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The local supermarket is just down the road and the magnificent Fig Tree Bay is only a further 5 minute walk away, this makes it ideal for a family to have everything on hand without the need for a car. Fig Tree Bay is considered to be one of the island’s premier beaches with its fine golden sand and deep blue sea. The safe, shallow, crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming and all types of water sport. Protaras is a fun loving resort with many fine restaurants, local fish tavernas and bars. Protaras is linked to Ayia Napa and Paralimni by an efficient bus service and is only 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport.
The Protaras / Fig Tree Bay area
With the magnificent Fig Tree Bay on your door step there are numerous coves, beaches and harbours to explore with a vast range of water sports available on the nearby beach. The crystal clear waters make it ideal for snorkeling and diving, with a qualified diving school nearby should you want to try it. There are also plenty of boat and sea fishing trips to choose from. The area is very flat so it is ideal for cycling and walking along the coastal path. You will enjoy the view of Saint Elias Church from the villa which is worth a visit and when lit up at night is beautiful. The Karpaia Mountains peninsula and the town of Famagusta are also on your horizon. You can visit the town of Famagusta in Northern Cyprus with its ancient architecture, history and different culture. A short drive away is Cape Grecko which is a national park and an area of outstanding beauty, with its natural bays and sea caves. The Troudos Mountains are well worth a visit with skiing in the winter months.

From the first email to the last email with instructions on gaining access to the villa, to opening the front door and entering inside to a very clean and well decorated downstairs that looks better than the photos show to a surprise of a hamper with essentials on the kitchen bench. Surprise after surprise when you go upstairs to the bedrooms with each having ensuites and all spacious rooms with breathtaking views, this still continues when you walk outside to the crystal pool and huge area with ample chairs and sun lounges. directions to shops an restaurants are easy to follow and if you get too tired to walk home after visiting the bars and restaurants the taxi drivers are very friendly and cheap. Thank you for a perfect holiday and highly recommend the villa elizabeth to everyone. |

A group of four couples we originally chose this villa as it had 4 bedrooms all with ensuites, spacious grounds and pool. Its proximity was close enough to restaurants, the beach and the strip but at the same time far enough to ensure total relaxation, if that is what you are looking for. An excellent choice, everything was better than advertised, the villa was presented exceptionally well, fully equiped with everything you would need and the welcome pack on arrival was really appreciated. We were all very impressed with the size of the pool, the patio area and the grounds and although eight adults shared the villa we never felt crowded - just like our own little hotel. After a wonderful week we all agreed we would book the villa again when returning to Cyprus. |

This fantastic villa is well equipped and maintained to a very high standard.It's ideally located just a 5 minute walk away from the bars and restaurants in the resort centre.The beach is just a further 5 minutes away.The decked beachfront walkways and restaurants are now complete,Fig Tree Bay has a really classy feel about it and well worth an evening stroll.We took advantage of the many watersports on offer,managing to get some good deals after a bit of haggling.The speed boat hire is a must. Car hire is not essential with this villa but it did come in handy so we could visit the larger supermarket to take advantage of the excellent selection of fresh meat,fruit and veg, and of course refreshments.You can rest assured the bbq was often in use on this holiday.Other supermarkets are also just a short walk from the villa.Directions to the supermarket and other amenities were supplied by the owners in a very handy information pack. Dealing with the owners couldn't have gone any better,they went out of their way to help us,especially as they allowed us to renew our wedding vows in the beautiful gardens of the Villa Elizabeth. This holiday was a very special one for us as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary,and being able to celebrate it with our friends and family in this stunning villa on the island we love so much really made this our best Cyprus holiday by far. |

At the time of booking you will pay a £250 Deposit and the full balance will be due to be paid 8 weeks before your departure date. There will be a £250 Security Bond to be paid which will be refunded subject to no damages, etc after your holiday.
Prices shown are per week but we are very happy to offer 10 / 11 night holidays. Typically changeover days are Sundays and Wednesdays but we can be flexible.
