About the home

This is a large two bedroom modern villa located in the beautiful Cape Greco region of Protaras with close proximity to lovely beaches and restaurants. The large number of windows in the lounge and dining area flood the room with light.
The house - especially the lounge has a modern feel with bright touches to add a colourful theme to this neutral room. The dining area has a light modern informal dining suite and leather chairs if you chose to dine inside.
Outside there is plenty of room and facilities for alfresco dining or just lounging in the sun. We also have a large roof terrace which has fantastic sea views and a constant cooling breeze in those hot summer months.
The property is ideal for beach holidays or activity holidays such as cycling, horse-riding, sailing, fishing, scuba-diving, snorkeling, all water sports etc.

You can choose to enjoy your quiet surroundings or take a short journey to the lively and bustling towns of Protaras or Ayia Napa. And if you dont want to drive - the bus stop is right outside, available at a low cost.

The best beach in Cyrpus - Konnos Bay - is a stroll away from the Villa. A great way to spend your day, crowded at the weekend with the locals and lots of watersports available from Mike.

It is also very convenient for attending events and functions at Grecian Park Hotel. And if you are not attending functions - you can still enjoy the benefits of the hotel as it offers non residents very reasonable packages to use their facilities.

Facilities

The house is equipped for a great family holiday. Whether you decide to eat at home or to eat out the villa has all you need in the kitchen area. The house has air conditioning in the lounge and the bedrooms. Air conditioning is included in the price of the rental.
Each bedroom has an en-suite which allows each of the bedroom occupants to have their own privacy. Each bedroom also has access to a large private balcony.
The Master bedroom is very large (it was two bedrooms which were knocked into one) and it has capacity to sleep additional occupants (bed/chair is in the room as well as an inflatable bed).

Further details outdoors:
Outside there is a large patio area to the back with wicker garden furniture, 6 lounge beds and a dining table and 4 chairs. Giving you the option to eat and relax comfortably.
Upstairs there is a large roof terrace with fantastic sea views and room to lounge and relax. There is also an electricity point which allows you to play music to help relax.

The Famagusta region

There are a few beaches very close to the property. Some of the most famous are Konnos Bay - a 10 minute walk - 2 minute drive. Mimosa beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Fig Tree Bay is 10 minutes drive - 20 minutes walk and Nissi Beach is Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive. Note - Nissi Beach and Fig Tree Bay can also be accessed by the local bus - with a bus stop across the road from the villa.
Protaras is a 10 minute drive away (20 minutes to walk). Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away. Paralimini - which is the nearest functioning town (where a number of large supermarkets and shops can be found) is a 15 minute drive away.
There are a few small supermarkets beside the villa.

The Protaras / Cape Greko area

There are around 8 restaurants very close to the villa. Each one serves excellent food and the waiters and waitresses are all very friendly and helpful.
The location of the villa is quiet however the towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are within easy reach.
The area has excellent beaches, nightlife and food with choices and food to die for. Ranging from fast foods to fine dining. Ayia Napa has an award winning resturants and a water park (for both the kids and adults).
Both Protaras and Ayia Napa can be reached via the local bus service - there is bus stop about 20 metres from the villa. The bus also stops at the water park.

Many airlines fly into Larnaca airport from various destinations both in the UK and Europe. We recommend that you hire a car once you arrive at the airport as the transfer is very simple and will only take 35 mins to drive.

The infrastructure in Larnaca is great to take you to Cape Greco. It is very straightforward to drive in a short period of time.

There are also plentyof buses and taxis that can take you to your location
