YASMIN VILLA is a modern detached 3 bedroomed villa with private pool and beautiful outside patio area.The inside of the villa is furnished to a very high standard and has a large open plan lounge and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday.There is a storage area downstairs were you will find plenty of inflatables and pool and beach toys for the little ones.There is also a downstairs bathroom with w.c. and washbasin.The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and black out blinds are fitted to all bedroom windows

To the first floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms.One double bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and opens out onto a balcony with table and chairs.The second double bedroom has an ensuite Power and massage shower and of course fully fitted wardrobes and draw space.The twin bedroom with single beds is spacious and provides ample fitted wardobes.In one of the bedrooms upstairs we have a flat screen television with games console for our younger clients.The family bathroom is spacious and consists of w.c. washbasin toilet and bath with over head shower .All Quality bed-linen and towels are provided in this FANTASTIC VILLA which has been fully booked for the last 5 seasons.BOOK EARLY to save dissappointment.

YASMIN VILLA has a fantastic outside area including large private pool which the children will love.The villa has mature gardens and a Fantastic seating area .The outside table and chairs are arranged on the patio and this unique villa has a LARGE electric canopy to provide shade during those long hot summer months.The sun is on the pool all day for those of you who are sun worshippers.

Further details

Air Conditioning is provided in all rooms in this spacious villa and a supplement of £50 pound sterling per week should be added to the rental prices advertised.We ask clients NOT to leave airconditioning units on whilst away from the villa or when you have the windows or doors open as to do so could damage the system.

Nursery items can be provided for all clients and will be in the villa upon your arrival a small charge is payable for each individual nursery item please contact us for details.
Arrival and departure times for all our villas are as follows;

ARRIVAL AT VILLA AFTER 3PM AND DEPARTURE from villa is 11.00am.We can offer late departures on our villas when available and these MUST be pre-booked in the u.k.

It is our policy NOT to accept bookings from single sex groups under the age of 25

The Famagusta region

For villa YASMIN your flight will arrive in LARNACA which is a 45min to 1 hour transfer to your villa in Protaras.
L ARNACA is a brilliant town to visit it has a beautiful promenade and beach with plenty of resturants,bars and shops.Try a fish meal on mackenzie beach fantastic and recommended.Nicosia the largest town on the island is a 1 hour drive from the villa and well worth a visit plenty of history in this town and the shopping is fabulous.

You may also like to travel over to the north of cyprus which is now easily accessible and your nearest border crossing point would be vrysoulles which is a 20 minute drive from villa please remember to take your passport.
Once over the border the fascinating town of famagusta is well worth a visit and if you fancy travelling a little further an hours drive away takes you to KYRENIA which has a fabulous harbour were you can enjoy fantastic food in a beautiful location.

The Protaras / Central Protaras area

PROTARAS is a fantastic resort very clean and safe and child friendly.The main strip of protaras is located only a 5 minute stroll from villa yasmin.The strip in protaras has numerous international resturants and bars and shops are plentiful.On the strip in protaras you will also find the bowling alley and nightclubs.
The smaller resort areas of Pernera ,kapparis ,paralimni can be reached either by car or take the local bus which runs every half hour till 4am and only costs 1 euro or you can purchase an all day ticket for 2 euros.
The resort of ayia napa were europes largest water park is situated is only a 15 minute drive or 30 minute bus ride away and is a fabulous day for young and old alike.Once you arrive in resort buy the local paper the "cyprus mail" this will keep you updated as to the daily events taking place within the resort.Cyprus is a fantastic island to visit and Protaras has grown over the years and become a family orientated resort ,the beaches are the best on the island and once you visit the resort you will keep on coming back year after year
We highly recommend a private boat trip in our 25 foot speed boat which holds 13 persons but for comfort we recommend 6 persons for a 4 hour trip of a lifetime please contact us if interested once in resort.

“Fantastic villa and location” Have just returned from a 10 night stay at villa Yasmin in Protaras. This was our first time in Cyprus and we cannot wait to return. The villa is one of the best we have stayed in and the location was perfect - close enough for a short stroll into town but away from any noise. “Perfect holiday in perfect location” This villa is in ideal spot, literally 5 minutes from Protaras Strip. Quiet residential area, wonderful outside space.
