The villa is beautifully furnished and has a large lounge,dining area,large fully fitted kitchen,downstairs cloakroom including toilet and wash basin.to the upstairs of the property you will find 3 spacious bedrooms all with large fitted wardrobes.the back 2 bedrooms enjoy the benefit of a balcony with stunning uninterrupted sea views.the family bathroom is spacious and has wc,wash basin,vanity unit,bath with shower over.all towels including pool towels are included in the price.we have 5 villas on this development all furnished to the same high standard and all of which were fully booked in summer 2006.
Weddings are becoming more and more popular in cyprus and we can accommodate large parties taking up to 4o. People families,friends ect all on one site.discounts apply to large bookings please enquire.you will find at night that the villa is fully illuminated and what better way to spend the evening than doing your own bbq drinking the local wine and enjoying the spectacular views.this is one special villa not to be missed!!!!!

The Famagusta District

PROTARAS has become an exciting resort for all age groups.Cyprus boasts 340 days of sunshine per year and is one of the few places were you can ski in the morning in the Troodos Mountains and sunbathe on a beautiful beach in the afternoon.Protaras centre is a 10 minute stroll and here you will find plenty of restaurants,bars,karoke bars,night club and bowling alley all for your enjoyment.The quaint town of Paralimni is a 10 minute bus ride away from the villa and well worth a visit.AYIA NAPA is 15 minutes away by car or local transport and here again you will find plenty of restaurants ,bars etc and NIGHTCLUBS IN ABUDANCE.Also in ayia napa is one of the largest water parks in Europe and well worth a visit for all the family.For Golfers a 2hour drive will take you to the courses of Aphrodite Hills and SECRET VALLEY and both come highly reccommended.LARNACA is a beautiful town with a lovely promenade well worth a visit especially on a Sunday when the local market is on.You can also know go over to the North of Cyprus the border being at Vrysoulles which is a 20 minute drive from the villa.You can travel to kyrenia with its beautiful harbour and fish restaurants and you will find everything so cheap on that side of the Island.CYPRUS is a beautiful Island with plenty to see and do and were sure you wont be dissappointed.

Protaras / Central Protaras area

The villa is situated 100 metres from a beautiful beach and water sport centre.You can also catch boat trips from here taking you up and down the coast from the ghost city of FAMAGUSTA to Cape greko were the waters are crystal clear.There are many festivals taking place in and around the Protaras area and if you buy the local paper the CYPRUS MAIL these events will all be detailed within this.Our villa manager John has his own speed boat and is able to teach you to water ski this is a brilliant day out for all the family please ask JOHN for details.A visit to the church on the hill which is fully illuminated at night AYIOS ELIOS is well worth a visit and the views from up there over the whole of Protaras are breathtaking.As you can see the resort of PROTARAS caters for all tastes and ages and i am sure an enjoyable fun packed holidaY WILL BE HAD BY ALL.

How to get there

Schedule airlines flying to cyprus are BRITISH AIRWAYS and CYPRUS AIRWAYS Daily flights are available from most uk airports.Should you choose to book your flights with a charter airline you could try FIRST CHOICE,EXCEL.FLY THOMAS COOK,THOMSONFLY.Eurocypria again all have flights from most uk airports.Charter flights tend to fly on WEDNESDAYS and SUNDAYS into LARNACA AIRPORT.We can arrange private transfers to and from Larnaca Airport at a cost of 20cyprus pounds each way please enquire when booking.We can also provide car hire at greatly discounted prices with local companies within Protarus again please enquire when booking.

Stunning 5*villa and in one of the best positions in protaras.the villas can accommodate 6 adults comfortably and we can also put in 2 extra beds but these can only be used by children .up to the age of 12.all our villas are fully air-conditioned and are professionally cleaned before your arrival.we can provide nursery items at a small weekly charge please enquire.the villas are proving to be very popular with families and couples and you have all amenities close by.there is a supermarket for all your needs less than a minutes walk from the villa and a bar and restaurant with a large childres play area again less than a minutes walk from these beautiful villas.

Further details outdoors:
To the outside of castle villa you wil find beautiful gardens surrounded by trees and shrubs.The large private pool is cleaned 2/3 per week and you will find sunloungers and umberellas for your use.The outside tables and chairs can accommodate 6 people and there is a bbq for your use on those long summer nights.The outside of the villa is fully illuminated at night for your enjoyment.To the side of the property is a driveway suitable for parking a hire car should you decide to travel further afield and see more of what this beautiful island has to offer.

There is a £25.00 per week air conditioning charge to pay.we do not take security deposits but we appreciate accidents do happen and we would appreciate you reporting to our manager any breakages etc were a small charge may be levied.
it is not our policy to take bookings for single sex groups or under 25s without prior consent of the owner.should a booking be taken then a security/breakages deposit will be payable before departure.

Conditions

Please do not leave air conditioning units on whilst not in the property.it only takes 5 minutes once the units are swiched on to cool down the villa.please also do not leave windows open whilst air con is switched on as this damages the system and could spoil your holiday if this were to break down.we are able to provide private transfers to and from larnaca airport at a cost of 20cypounds each way payable locally please enquire at time of booking

May 2007 bone DORSET. We booked 3 villas on this site and all had a fantastic holiday.Villa beautiful with everything you could possibly need.Villa description on internet did not do it justice`it was everything we could wish for and much more!!!!!!!Families are very well caterered for here and the beach only 1 minute walk from villa.Will definetly book again in the near future.

JULY 2007 Murphy Belfast. What a villa had a fantastic family holiday here villa was beautiful better than 5* standard and we were looked after so well from transfer from airport to going home.Booking again for summer 2008 10/10
