Villa Karibu is a stylishly designed 3-bedroom villa tucked away in the quiet Blue River development. Very close to the Blue Spice Restaurant and Anastasia Hotel. Ideal for families as it is within walking distance of Pernera's bars, restaurants, supermarkets and family friendly amenities (including Pernera's own waterpark).
Villa Karibu is a stone's throw from the local beach. This makes it so much easier with the children as they don't have to walk very far at all. It's also just around the corner from the new Blue Spice Restaurant where mum and dad can sit and have a quiet coffee (or beer/wine) whilst the children play in the pool. Blue Spice is very popular with people staying at Villa Karibu.
We have spent a great deal of time making sure you have everything you need in the villa for an enjoyable stay - so you don't have to bring towels and toys for the kids for the pool/beach - we have all of that in the villa for you to use (see photos). Our family use the villa often and so have made sure that there is everything you need for a great holiday. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and includes plastic cutlery/plates etc for the kids and plenty of essential items if you want to stay in and cook.
All rooms (inc: bedrooms) have Air Conditioning and ceiling fans. Air Conditioning is included in the price of your rental fee.

Only 50m from shops, charming tavernas and bars in Pernera itself. Or if you’re looking for something a little livelier, then Protaras, with its vibrant nightlife, is only 3km away.
The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished and has a lounge, dining area, large fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms with large and spacious fitted wardrobes (and all with coordinating and stylish cushions, throws and lighting). Clean, crisp bed linen is included in the price of the villa. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a door onto a small balcony, the 2nd bedroom has patio doors onto a large balcony. The family Bathroom is also located on the upper floor and is spacious and finished with granite worktop.
The villa is fully air conditioned and boasts many extras such as a large range of DVDs, PS2 and games and child-friendly items to make your holiday with the children as calm and stress free as possible!!

Relax and unwind in the enclosed private garden (children can play safely within the boundaries). It is equipped with stylish garden furniture (6 sunbeds, large dining table, 6 chairs, small round table and 6 extra chairs) and a BBQ and large parasol to shade from the Cyprus sun.
Our garden shed houses a selection of Buckets, Spades, Balls, Floats, Flippers, Waddles and other toys to use in the pool or at the beach. We have also provided a coolbox to transport your food and drinks for a day at the beach.

The villa is rented on a weekly basis and prices are in £Sterling per week for the villa, regardless of the number of guests staying. Price includes:
- Clean, crisp bed linen on arrival day (and cot linen if required)
- Bath and Hand Towels
- Beach/Pool Towels
- Welcome basket
- Cleaning on departure day
We do ask our customers for a security/damage deposit of £300 (Sterling) to confirm your reservation. This will be returned within 2 weeks of check out.
Special rates are available for long term lets and at times when it's not high season and the villa isn't fully booked. Please always ask if there's any special offers at the time you wish to come.
The Famagusta region
Protaras is a lively up and coming resort with something for every age group. The Villa is actually located in Pernera which is a resort in its own right with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coves with beautiful sandy beaches and watersport centres where every watersport is catered for. There is also a water park a short walk from the villa. To walk to the centre of Protaras will take you approximately 20 minutes and here again you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, karaoke bars, night club and a bowling alley.
Travelling further afield a 15 minute drive away will take you to Ayia Napa and its abundance of night clubs. For those golf enthusiasts a 2 hour drive will take you to the courses of Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. Nicosia, the largest major town, is an hours drive away and well worth a visit.
The Resort of Larnaca is a 45 minute drive away with its beautiful promenade, and local market every Wednesday and Sunday. The Troodos Mountains are approximately a 2 hour drive away but where else could you ski in the mountains in the morning and sunbathe on a beautiful sandy beach in the afternoon. Cyprus, as you can see, has many attractions and plenty of things to see. This resort is well worth a visit.
The Protaras / Pernera area
From the villa there are plenty of smaller towns all running into one another, from Protaras to Pernera, Kapparis, Paralimni - and they are all well worth seeing. The resort of Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away and it is here that one of the largest water parks is located - this is a brilliant day out for the family. A visit to the quaint town of Paralimni is recommended and can be reached by car or the local bus service and takes approximately 10 minutes. Protaras is a lively resort with something for every age group and well worth a visit, once you have holidayed here you will keep coming back year after year.

Most UK airports fly to Cyprus. Larnaca airport is the closest to Villa Karibu (45km) and takes about 45mins to get there on good roads (left hand drive - same as in the UK).
LARNACA AIRPORT
Larnaca airport has undergone a major expansion and opened a brand new 3 story terminal building and extended the runway. The new modern airport has a more efficient baggage hall, passport control and much better shopping and dining facilities.
