The Villa is actually located in Pernera which is a resort in its own right with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coves with beautiful sandy beaches and watersport centres where every watersport is catered for, there is also a water park a short walk from the villa. To walk to the centre of Protaras will take you approximately 20 minutes and here again you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, karaoke bars, night club and a bowling alley. Travelling further afield a 15 minute drive away will take you to Ayia Napa and its abundance of night clubs. For those golf enthusiasts a 2 hour drive will take you to the courses of Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. Nicosia, the largest major town, is an hours drive away and well worth a visit. The Resort of Larnaca is a 45 minute drive away with its beautiful promenade, and local market every Wednesday and Sunday. The Troodos Mountains are approximately a 2 hour drive away but where else could you ski in the mountains in the morning and sunbathe on a beautiful sandy beach in the afternoon. Cyprus, as you can see, has many attractions and plenty of things to see. This resort is well worth a visit. A visit to the quaint town of Paralimni is recommended and can be reached by car or the local bus service and takes approximately 10 minutes.
