AYIOS ELIAS VILLA is one of the most desirable and popular villas in PROTARAS.This villa has everything from its excellent position close to the STRIP in Protaras only a 5 minute walk away to the villa itself which has EVERYTHING you require for a villa holiday.The villa is very close to AYIOS ELIAS CHURCH on the hill which can be seen from upstairs balcony fully illuminated at night.
The villa has fantastic accomadation with open plan lounge and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen and there is also a twin bedroom located on the ground floor with a large newly completed shower room with toilet and sink.The patio windows in lounge allow you access to the fantastic garden and pool area of this villa.Outside area is fully furnished with sun loungers and parasols for those lazy days.The garden area is fully fenced and FULLY SECURE for your little ones.
To the first floor there are 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom has a king size bed and the other twin beds.Both of these bedrooms lead out onto a large fantastic balacony area which is fully furnished with lounge furniture and overlooks the pool.
This villa is highly recommended for all ages but in particular to families who will benefit from the abundance of extras this villa has to offer.

This 3 bedroomed villa is furnished to the highest standards and the accommodation briefly has lounge, dining area , fully fitted kitchen,downstairs bathroom and one of the large bedrooms is downstairs.To the upstairs of the property there are a further 2 large bedrooms one being the master bedroom and a large bathroom there is also a large verandah accessed from the landing. On the landing there is a recess were you will find a small kitchen were you can make coffee and tea and spoil yourselves on the large verandah. All the bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each bedroom has large built in wardrobes for your convenience. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and the standard of this accommodation is 5*

The Villa has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and plenty of sunloungers for your comfort. The landscaped garden is full of beautiful plants and shrubs enhancing the outside area of this villa. There is also a bbq for your use on those long hot summer evenings. There is also a pergola to the rear of the property for those of you looking for shade.

The outside area is fully illuminated and spacious with table and chairs for outside dining.In the evening time beauiful views of AYIOS ELIOS church on the hill can be seen fully illuminated this is a focal point of Protaras.This villa has a beautiful upstairs terrace/verandah area which is accessed from the upstairs landing beautiful views of Protaras and the church can be appreciated whilst sipping your drink and relaxing on this beautiful verandah.Secure Car parking to the front of the villa

Further details

We make a small charge for airconditioning £50.00 per week from 01 april--31 may and £75.00per week from 01 june--31 october we would ask that the air con units are NOT LEFT on when you are not in the property it only takes a few minutes to cool a room down once air con is switched on. We generally do not take bookings for single sex parties under 25 but if an exception is made then a BREAKAGES DEPOSIT would be required when final balance is payable. The villa has NO specific change over day and LONG-TERM LETS are available by prior agreement with the owner.

Conditions

It is not our policy to take a breakages deposit we prefer to have complete trust in our clients but however accidents do happen and we would appreciate our English management team being told of any breakages (a small charge could be levied). Any Damage caused within the property will of course be charged to the client. We welcome all our clients comments and as such leave a Guest comment book within the villa please leave your comments and if you feel we could make your stay any better please don't hesitate to tell us.

The Famagusta region

Protaras is a lively resort on the eastern corner of Cyprus.The resort has something for every age group from bars to discos, karoke and excellent restaurants. There is mini golf courses and the beaches are probably the best of the island were all water sports are catered for. The small town of Paralimni is a must to see and the neighbouring resort of Ayia Napa is a 10 minute drive away.The large towns of Nicosia, Larnaca & Limmasoll are all within comfortable driving distance. Protaras is probably one of the best holiday resorts you will find anywere in the med. Temperatures in Cyprus are excellent and because of its proximity to the middle east summer tends to go on until end of November were temperatures can still be middle 70s.

The Protaras / Central Protaras area

Protaras is a lively resort and is accessible to all the major towns, Nicosia, Larnaca & Limmasoll all within comfortable driving distance. Try the Market on a Sunday in Larnaca full of bargains. A must for this area is a visit to the largest water park in Europe located in Ayia Napa it is an action packed fun filled day and very reasonably priced. A Trip to the troodos mountains is well worth it were else could you ski in the morning and sunbathe on a beautiful beach in the afternoon.For golf enthusiasts the island boasts two exceptional courses Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley about 2hour drive from Protaras. All in all Protaras is one of the best resorts in Europe with something for every age group and a must to see.

Cyprus an be reached by schedule flights with British Airways and Cyprus Airways from numerous u,k, airports on a daily basis. Charter flight carriers such as Fly Thomas Cook, First Choice, Thomson Fly, Excel Airways are a few of the airlines flying into Larnaca airport from numerous u.k. Airports.

We can arrange private transfers from Larnaca airport at a cost of 20 cyprus pounds each way.

“Brilliant Villa, great location” Firstly, the photo's on the web site do not do this villa justice. It is in immaculate condition and is very clean and spacious. The villa is well equipped and there was a "welcome pack" when we arrived at no extra cost. The swimming pool and gardens are really nice (the pool is bigger than it looks in the photo's). We made really good use of the veranda well into the night which has a lovely view of the church on the hill. The villa is not over looked and we had no problems with noise. The walk into Protaras is about 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We had a car but you don't need one. Pauline came to visit on our first day and then left us alone for the rest of the holiday. She arranged transfers to and from the airport and was only a phone call away if required. We really enjoyed our holiday and wanted to stay longer. We will be returning to the villa in the near future. Thank you Pauline and compliments to the owners for such a lovely villa. “Beautiful villa with everything we needed.” We stayed in the Ayious Elias Villa for two weeks with family, as we were attending my son's wedding in Cyprus. The villa was just perfect with plenty of room with everything we needed. The pool area was was larger than we expected with plenty of seating and loungers and shade if required. The pool was a very good size and the garden area was lovely. We would definately recommend this villa and hope to return in the future. The location was good as it was quiet and it was only a short walk to the main strip. “Fantastic stay!!” We have had the best week in this villa we could've possibly wished for. The location is just perfect, close to the center but also just a little walk so you have such a peaceful stay. The villa is equipped with everything you can possibly need. The garden and pool area is without a doubt the nicest we have stayed in. We've not even been back a week yet and I've already been online to check availability for October (unfortunately full) but we would most definitely stay here again. “A Perfect Holiday” Just returned from a two week holiday at the villa and already thinking about next year. This villa is in an ideal location with about a ten minute walk to the centre of Protaras and in an area that is peaceful and private. The pool area/ garden is perfect in every sense and the interioor of the villa is superblyy well equipped and really does feel like home from home. Iimportantly, it was also spotlessly clean. Our party of five included two grandchildren (11 and 14 years old) and they really enjoyed the pool, so much so that they preferred staying around the pool to going to the beach. The Wi Fi was also a big bonus in these das of iPods an iPads. We have stayed in many villas over the past few years and this villa is definitely up there with the best. A great holiday in a lovely place. “FANTASTIC” My family and I stayed at this Villa over the last 10 days and it was amazing I am already missing it and I have only been home 24 hours. The villa is equipped with everything you can imagine. I felt relaxed here and my two young children were safe and loved the pool which is bigger than it looks on the photos. Pauline was very accomodating when we booked and arranged everything. If I stay in Cyprus again I will book this Villa.
