About the home

Blue River villa is a family orientated villa in a fantastic location.The villa is a self catering villa with all the added comforts of home.The villa is located in PERNERA and is centrally located.A new walk way has been built and offers easy access to central Protaras with bars and restaurants along the way.A new bus route has also been set up and you can now travel anywhere from PARALIMNI through to AYIA NAPA water park for 1 euro or you can purchase a day ticket for 2 euros these buses operate till 4 in the morning.

Because of the villas central location it is ideal for families with all amenities within walking distance.
The villa has a private pool and sunloungers and outside table and chairs are provided for our guests.
We continually add to our pool toys for the children and all nursery items can be provided at a small cost.

The interior of the villa is spacious and modern and well furnished.To the ground floor there is a lounge with open plan dining area and off this is the fully fitted spacious kitchen which is fully equipped.There is also a downstairs bathroom with wash basin and sink.

The first floor of the villa again is spacious and has 3 bedrooms 2 of which have double beds and a twin bedroom.The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and leads onto a balcony overlooking the pool.
The family bathroom is also located here and once again is spacious with toilet ,washbasin,bath with shower over.All bedlinen and towels are provided for.

Further details outdoors:
The villa is fenced on all sides and is child friendly and safe.The pool is 8x4 metres with a shallow end for young children.To the outside of the villa is plenty of sunloungers and an outside table and chairs.

AIR CONDITIONING SUPPLEMENT is £50 per week and must be added to the rental price.We kindly ask all clients NOT to leave air conditioning units on whilst doors are open or whilst you are away from the property to do could cause a problem with the system or extra charges will be applied if the air conditioning units are abused.We are happy to supply pool towels for your use a small deposit is required and will be returned to you on your departure day providing they are in the same clean condition.

It is NOT our policy to take bookings from single sex groups if an exception is made then a substantial deposit would be required.To secure this villa a £350.00 deposit is required with the final balance due 8 weeks before departure.Transfers to and from LARNACA AIRPORT can be arranged for you at discounted prices please enquire at time of booking.

Conditions

All nursery items can be provided for at a small weekly cost and will be in the villa when you arrive.
BLUE RIVER VILLA is an exceptionally busy villa and early booking is essential to secure your choice of dates.This villa has been FULLY BOOKED for the last 3 seasons.

All our staff are english and are available to you 24/7 for the duration of your holiday
Normal arrival times for the villa are after 3pm and on departure day all villas should be vacated by 11.00am unless a LATE DEPARTURE has been booked in the uk.

The Famagusta region

LARNACA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is approx 45 mins to 1 hour drive from PROTARAS and were are villas are located.Larnaca is a large town and is well worth a visit with its beautiful promenade and beaches and plenty of shops to keep you out of the midday sun.Try mackenzie beach in LARNACA were you will find fantastic fish resturants and bars.Nearer to the villa you have AYIA NAPA which can be accessed via the local bus/taxi service or car. We are happy to arrange your carhire for you at good rates should this be of interest.The biggest water park in europe is located in AYIA NAPA and is well worth a visit, families will have an action pack full day here.We can also arrange a fantastic Private boat trip in our own 13 seater 25 ft speed boat for a maximum of 6 persons please look in your information in villa to book.

Paralimni is a small working town only a bus ride away from the villa and is well worth a visit.
A trip to the NORTH of cyprus is also well worth a visit and the town of FAMAGUSTA is only 30 minutes from the villa. The nearest border crossing is in vrysoulles and your passport would be required at the boarder.For additional information please call us.

The Protaras / Pernera area

Pernera has grown over the past few years and is now a resort in itself.There are a wide selection of international resturants and bars with plenty of entertainment for young and old alike.There are plenty of small coves within easy reach of the villa and of course there is the main beach in PENERA where you will find a watersports centre.Recommended resturants for you to try are BLUE SPICE ,NUFARO ,DEL GUSTO , to name but a few.

A Walk way has now been built linking Pernera with the main centre of Protaras and is a 15-20 minute stroll.
Protaras centre again is full of international resturants and bars and we recommend you try RIPPLES bar were andreas and jimmy will welcome you, excellent food is served here and all your televised sports are available.Free internet access is available in many of the bars in Pernera and Protaras.
