About the home

This Luxurious, detached villa with private spa, Two jets Pumps in spa 47 Jets and private pool (which mainly has the sun all day long ) is newly built with three bedrooms (master with en suite shower room).

Villa has aluminium shutters to keep cool,and fly screens and is fully furnished to a high specification with full air conditioning, hot and cold. plus Underfloor central heating.

The villa is situated in a quiet location away from the town, but is within a few minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. Patio is fully ceramic tiled with sun beds and table and chairs.

Barbecue with sink and motorised spit roast.

The Famagusta region

Protaras has many fine sandy beaches with crystal blue waters, and secluded bays all around Protaras area with Konnas beach just a five minute drive away from the villa. Plenty of watersports are catered for.

Protaras is more of a family town, with plenty of Bars and Restaurants with a Bowling alley in the town centre with Agia Napa just a 10 minute drive away offering a exciting night life for the young at heart.

Larnaka airport is about 35/40 minutes drive with very little traffic on the roads its a pleasure to drive there (driving is on the left side as in England and most signs are in Greek and English.

Paralimni is 8 minutes drive with two major supermarkets.

The Protaras / Mesogios Villas Complex area

Mesogios complex is newly built and is situated away from the family town centre but within very easy distance of good sandy beaches / Restaurants. Most roads around the Protaras area lead to a secluded sandy bay.

At the bottom of our road (5 Mins away) is a snorkelling bay with a driving boat there (summer months) where you can go deeper with aid of a Diving Helmet. Plenty of watersports either at Fig tree bay (10 min walk) of Konnas bay (5 min drive).

Plenty of night life in Agia Napa for teenagers taxi fare about £7.00 But Protaras has plenty to do for families. Cypriot Local Restaurants around area, will give details if wanted. Plenty of local trips /shows can be booked up in Protaras town centre.

Fly to Laranca Airport in Cyprus (about 4 hours 15minutes) from most London airports. Fly Thomas cook .com
or Cyprus airways/Cheaper flights are from travelsupermarket.com/ or look on the internet for more options.

Leave airport and follow signs to Lefkosia (Nicosia). Once on motorway, then take signs to Agia Napa. At the end of the motorway follow signs to Protaras (about 35/40 minute drive from airport).

Car hire from www.travelsupermarket.com or www.vehiclehiredirect.com are among the cheapest.

Local taxis are available at the airport day and night, fare should be no more that 60 Euros. but they do try to charge 75 euro

“Excellent villa in great location” My party had a fantastic time staying at Gary and Sandra's villa. It's very spacious with all you need on a self catering holiday. Only a 5 min walk from the beach and main strip of bars and restaurants in Protaras and a 10 min cab ride (€20) to Ayia Napa where there is more night life and the bigger water parks. Gary and Sandra have really thought of everything to make your holiday special, would recommend this villa to anyone!

“Fantastic!” We noted a cancellation on this villa and contacted Sandra and Gary to enquire about booking. They were very helpful and easy to talk to so we went ahead. After confirming, Sandra and Gary sent all information that maybe needed while in Cyprus. On arriving at the villa we were amazed. The villa was at a very high standard, fantastic size inside and out and the pool was ample size for a family of six. This also was kept clean, twice a week along with the spa/Hottub. We were met with essentials like bread, milk butter sugar coffee, tea, juice and water. Which after traveling with two younge children was a god send. This villa had everything you could possibly need on a self catering hoilday and with the great communication and information that was sent to us, we had a good idea of how and where to find things that were needed. We were directed to some great beaches and resturants by Sandra and Gary which we would not have found had we not known. Also Wendy and Geoff who look after the Villa are very warm and welcoming. We used their Resturant many times for food and drinks and would reccomend paying them a visit. Protaras strip is in walking distance even my six year old did this comfortably. Overall we as a family think this villa is in a great location, to a VERY high standard and very good value for money. We will be visiting again. Thanks Sandra and Gary. The Barry Family.
