Loukas Villa was built in July 2010 in a plot of 1,100 sq.mtrs and is located just three minutes' drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as Cyprus' best holiday resort, PROTARAS. Quiet and peaceful, yet only six-seven minutes from the main area of Protaras, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private overflow pool (12*5), with a shallow end perfect for the children. The artificial football pitch makes this villa ideal both for families and groups. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one master, and another two bedrooms, three bathrooms/wcs, the villa is ideal for families and groups of 8 with plenty to do in the villa area, as well as in the surrounding areas.
The villa is equipped with sat TV, two 42 & 50 inch plasma TVs, Cambridge audio system with 4 different and independent zones and finally hi-tech lighting system covering all external areas of the villa creating a stunning surrounding for your dream holidays.

Conditions
30% non refundable deposit required and the full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A €400 losses, damage and breakages deposit is payable in cash on arrival at the villa and is fully refundable once your holiday is finished, unless there have been breakages, loss or damage during your stay. This will be assessed by our agent before you depart. The damages deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure assuming no damage has occurred to the villa or its contents as a result of your stay.
The Famagusta region
Famagusta district is considered to be Cyprus' most popular resort area, with Agia Napa and Protaras areas to be the centre of attention.
There are hundreds of sandy beaches in the two resorts where anyone can enjoy swimming, fishing and other water sport-related activities that would be something to remember.
The Protaras / Pernera area
Loukas Villa is situated just six-seven minutes drive from the main road of Protaras, the main resort centre, where you can find a vast variety of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment, easily accessible. There are many water sports to be found on almost all beaches along the coast of Protaras or you can simply relax and catch up on your tan.
A two minute drive will take you into the municipal town of Paralimni as well as the area of Pernera, where you can find local tavernas, banks, commercial stores etc.
