About the home

You have to give this villa a chance... 3 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS, BBQ, POOL, SATELLITE TV AND WIFI... and thats just a taster!

The villa is in a central location in kapparis, located a few minutes stroll away from fireman's beach and again a few minutes away from the bars and restaurants. There is a bus route not far away so you can head in to protaras, ayia napa or paralimni as well so there is no need to hire a car. You can also hire buggies, moped or bikes easy enough.

The villa is clean and well maintained which is important for your holidays. :)

THE LIVING ROOM:

There are two sets of doors from the livingroom leading on to the pool, these are ideal for a summer breeze. The living room has a sofa bed for an extra guest if required. There is satellite TV, play station and dvd player. There is also a fireplace and WIFI internet for your use. The area is open plan which is nice for everyone to socialise when you are on holiday.

THE KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and oven hob and extractor fan. There is a breakfast bar with stools and also a high chair for infants.

THE BEDROOMS:

There are three bedrooms upstairs, two rooms have access to the balcony overlooking the pool, the two rooms have two twin beds in each room plus bedside cabinets, bedroom lamps, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed with beside tables, bedroom lamp, dressing table mirror and stool, with hair dryer and built in wardrobes. There is an ensuite bathroom from this room which is a huge size. :) All linen and towels are included.

BATHROOMS:

there are three bathrooms, an en suite bathroom from the master bedroom, then a shower and toilet upstairs and an additional shower and toilet downstairs.

The villa has a really nice outside space, with a private pool, sunbeds and umbrella. There is also a table and chairs with BBQ and the garden is full of plants at the front and sides. there are fences for privacy. :)

There are many areas in Cyprus to visit, but kapparis, protaras, pernera and ayia napa are by far the most popular resorts.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops and is ideally located just off the coast.
The nearest beach to the villa, firemans beach, is an easy 5-10 minute stroll away and there is malmia beach close by which also has its own water sports center.

Kapparis is a relatively quiet resort, yet has a great choice of restaurants and bars for those nights that you want to stay close to the villa. The villa is ideally located for those who want to escape and relax yet yet it is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively. Being close to a bus route, you can easily get in and out of other larger resorts, Protaras and Fig tree bay are only a 10minute drive away (by car) and Ayia Napa about a 15 - 20minute drive.
