Fantastic villa for holidays. With so much to offer any vacationer, satellite tv, a private pool, air conditioning throughout, wifi internet, dishwasher and washing machine. Plus, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lovely furnishings.
The villa is ideal for families, its close to Protaras so you do not need to hire a car and the pool is a great size. There are also 8 sun loungers to keep your tan topped up, a gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for lazy evenings in. :)

Starting downstairs there are is a lovely size livingroom, with two sofas, a nice size coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player and local satellite channels. The great thing about the villa is there are plenty of windows and when opened they offer such a lovely summer breeze and there is also the air conditioning as well for your use. The villa has wifi internet as well.
The kitchen area has everything you will need, large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, with toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a variety of cups, mugs, espresso cups, glasses, Tupperware and much more... In addition, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen and for utilities there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a nice size modern dining table and chairs as well overlooking the pool area.
Moving in to the bedrooms, there are four rooms, each with bedside tables, one full length built in wardrobe, air conditioning / heating units and two of the rooms have mirrors. All of the rooms have double beds and there are plenty of towels and bedding. You will be provided with one bath and hand towel per week and an additional set of linen for two weeks stay. One of the rooms with the double bed is located on the ground floor with patio doors opening on to a nice patio area.
The villa has a nice size bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower combined and an ensuite bathroom also with a bath and toilet from the master room. There are 3 toilets in the property, the third being located downstairs.

The outdoor area is lovely, with a large private pool to start with. The pool is cleaned twice weekly throughout your stay to keep it as prestige as you deserve it to be. There are 8 sun beds around the pool so you can keep your summer tan topped up. The sun is on the pool area most of the day in the summer so you can really soak up the sun and in the evening relax in the arm chairs with your glass of wine on the coffee table area, the BBQ sizzling in the background and the table and chairs laid ready to eat.

The Famagusta region
A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boasts so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never cease to amaze. The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement.
The Protaras / Central Protaras area
The beautiful beaches of Protaras stretch for miles. You can walk the coast line all the way from Ayia Napa to Kapparis if you wanted to, following through Cape Greco, Green Bay, Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Triada. Linking all the areas together there are many caves and coves waiting to be discovered.
Protaras has some of the loveliest stretches of beaches, with white sand and crystal clear waters... so clear you can see your own feet. The warm waters gently lap against the shore as holidays makers from all over the world come to enjoy the surroundings.
The most famous beach of Protaras is "Fig Tree Bay", mainly famous for the island that it looks over. There is a small island that is swimming distance from the beach and is a focal point of the beach.
Along the walkways from Fig Tree bay to other Protaras beaches known as Sunrise and Yianna Marie there are beautiful flowers and palm trees along with a volleyball area overlooking the sea for anyone usage.
There are plenty of places to stop for refreshments along the walk, try a "Frapee" a local cold ice coffee, very nice and refreshing and usually served with a glass of water. There are different types of frappe so order it how you like, I like mine with mainly milk, a little bit of water and very sweet.

Plus there are boat trips from the beaches, different types some with BBQ's, some history trips, some fun trips too. Also there are private trips and night boat trips as well which are worth some consideration. Other water activities available at the beach are massages at sun down and diving

Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa being just a 40 minute drive along the motorway,with Paphos around 120 minutes.
Driving is on the left and the roads are not very busy which makes hiring a car a great way to explore this fantastic island.

Villa was brilliant the little one and us loved the pool. BBq around the pool was great.Had every thing and more a home from home. Katie and Rita from spot on villas holidays who we rented the villa off really looked after us no matter what time of day it was or how small the problem was. Would def book again with them as i have in many times in the past. Thanks spot on villa rentals again you went out of your way to make our holiday great. |
