About the home

An exclusive and uniquely built 3 bedroom Villa ideally situated on a small complex of 9 villas, each being unique in itself. Villa Galazia Thalassa (meaning Blue Sea) boasts uninterrupted views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and distant mountains.

Ground Floor
This amazing villa, opens to a very bright and airy, open–plan, lounge area, dining area and kitchen, with the main reception area dominated by unusually high, structured glass windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary implements to create a home cooked meal. A large dining table provides seating for six. The lounge room accommodates two 2 seater sofas and an arm chair. A flat screen TV, satellite and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.

A guest WC is situated just off the lounge area for convenience.

First Floor
The master bedroom consists of a double bed, built in wardrobes, en-suite shower room and a small private balcony, which offers spectacular views of the tranquil sea and the mountainous backdrop beyond Famagusta.

The other bedrooms comprise two twin rooms, both with built in wardrobes. These bedrooms share the family sized bathroom which has a bath with shower.

Split air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa for all year round comfort and is NOT subject to additional cost.

A private swimming pool is located to the rear of the Villa, surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden. The swimming pool is ensured privacy by the surrounding fields. A direct view of the sea can be enjoyed from here.

There is patio furniture providing seating for up to 6 persons great for enjoying alfresco meals cooked on the typical Cypriot charcoal BBQ.

The Famagusta region

Famgusta district is a maze of delightful contrast of old style living with the modern styles of today, both existing side by side in harmony. There are many archaeological sites scattered around that offer a look into the depth of old time Cyprus.

Being mainly Christian Orthodox and very passionate about their religion, you will encounter many interesting churches around the area, some as old as 13 century to some only a few years old.

Famagusta District is well known for its wonderful and delicious potatoes produced by the red Villages which is most of the coastal areas, this meaning of red villages is that the soil is rich and red in colour.

The Protaras / Ayia Triada area

Galazia Thalassa is only a 5 minute drive into the Municipal town of Paralimni where you can enjoy a vast array of boutiques, shops, post office and cheery cafes as well as stock up on groceries from one of the large well stocked supermarkets.
A 7 minute drive in the opposite direction you will find the holiday resort of Protaras where you can enjoy the delights of the many restaurants, bars and cafes. for those with activity in mind, you can enjoy the many different water sports, scuba diving and nature trails.

for a more leisurely time, a short walk with bring you to the closest beach of Ayia Triada, or you can enjoy a day out on boat trip or fishing trip from the local harbour of Golden Coast just down the road from the villa.

A big plus is that the local bus route passes from the villa so a car is not necessary.
