C2 SALONIKA is a beautifully furnished and decorated Townhouse with WiFi / Internet connection which is located on one of the best complexes in Kapparis within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. No need to hire a car unless you wish to visit other resorts.

The Townhouse has use of a large overflow swimming pool which is seconds away. The Pool area has a Kiosk serving snacks and drinks - no need to leave the poolside and miss the "rays". For your Health and Safety the swimming pool is cleaned regularly.

The Townhouse has so much more space than an apartment with Terraces front and rear - lots of space to eat "Al-Fresco" and a BBQ.

The Townhouse is beautifully furnished with the ground floor open planned incorporating the lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is also a Cloakroom on this floor which includes a toilet and wash hand basin.

For your comfort and entertainment, the lounge has comfortable sofa's with a TV DVD and CD Player and as already mentioned free WiFi/Internet connection.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with Modern appliances and also contans everything needed for every day living.

Upstairs takes you to two generous sized bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. Sleeping facilities for 5 people. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units and built in wardrobes. On this floor there is also a family bathroom complete with bath tub plus Shower attachment, wash hand basin and Toilet.

High chairs, cots and stair gates are available for small charge if required.

The decor in this spacious Townhouse has been well thought out and is bright and cheerful with a great holiday feel to it.

The Lounge, Dining area and Kitchen are open plan to each other giving a lovely feeling of space, there are also air conditioning units in this area

The patios are a great place to eat "Al Fresco" and a dining table and chairs plus a large parasol are available for your use. There is also a BBQ.

There is ample space for children to play which is fenced and gated

Seconds away is the Large Overflow Swimming Pool with its own Kiosk 9serving snacks and drinks). There are also Changing, Shower and Toilet Facilities at the pool.

Fireman's Beach is 500m and restaurants, shops bars and WiFi / Internet access are within walking distance. Many of the bars and restaurants have WiFi access which is free of charge

The cost includes air conditioning throughout your stay, linen, towels and a welcome pack.

To allow for flights coming into Cyprus everyday of the week, rental periods can start and end on any day - there is no set changeover day.

The prices quoted are for a week long let, however I can quote for a 5 night stay, 10 days, etc. Please note the cost for a 5 night stay is not the price stated per week divided by 7 x 5, if staying for 5 days or more the house has to be cleaned and laundered. Just ask me for a quote.

Normally the Apartment is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus.

Changeover days are flexible.

Conditions

A deposit of £200 will be required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

A security Deposit of £200 is payable with the balance of rent - this will be refunded within 7 days of your vacating the property.

If the reservation is less than 6 weeks from the start of the holiday date, the full amount will be required,

Rentals of less than one week must be paid for on reservation.

Once full payment is received an Accommodation Voucher will be issued which you take with you to Cyprus in exchange for the keys. I have a Manager available to meet you at the Apartment with the keys (24 hour service)

The Famagusta region

This region of Cyprus enjoys an estimated 345 days of sunshine a year and is ideal for a holiday throughout the year.

The best beaches on the island can be found in this region - Cape Greco, Nissi Beach, Fig Tree Bay and many more - many have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' which means they are great for families with small children as the beaches are fine white sand which gently shelves into the crystal clean waters of the Mediterranean.

The sea is excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving and there are all kinds of water sports - some quite tame and others quite adventurous!!

The Troodos mountains are a great place to visit in contrast to the beaches - here you will find pretty villages and the air temperature will be a little cooler - and of course in the Winter you can Ski

You can also spend some time in Nicosia with its shops, boutiques and places of interest - 1 hour away.

Visit a church or two - there are so many and all very beautiful

The Protaras / Kapparis area

The Townhouse is located in a quiet residential area in Kapparis, but still only a short walk away from everything.

You will find local Bakers offering fresh bread 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - there are also other everyday products available from the supermarkets less than 1 minute away.

There are many beautiful churches and a tiny church sits on the other local beach at Agia Triada.

There are Two Water Parks in the area, a Zoo and Aquatic Centre.

Places of interest include the Nature Reserve of Cape Greco, the 'Famagusta' viewpoint, museums and monastries.

The resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short car drive away, or by bus. Buses are cheap - approx. 1,20 Euros. Taxis are also readily available and affordable.

Fireman's Cove is 0.5km away or Agia Triada is 1km . They are beautiful sheltered coves with crystal clear water - almost turquoise!!

Kapparis has lots of tavernas, bars and restaurants and is along the coast from Pernera and Protaras which have even more night life.

We can also arrange Car Hire at a cost of €20 per day inclusive of everything except your fuel (minimum hire period 5 days) - the car will be delivered and collected at the Townhouse and payment is on delivery. For insurance purposes the age of drivers must be 25 - 70.

“Ideal holiday house” We loved our holiday and this house was the main reason. It is so close to a couple of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a great beach. We did go out and explore by car, but if you decided not to drive, all you need is in Kapparis. There is also a great bus service should you want to go to Protaras or Ayia Napa. The house itself was spotless - plenty of kitchen items should you want to stay in and cook, plus a barbecue in the rear courtyard. The shared pool is clean and the staff there very friendly - they also do a cooked breakfast!! We will certainly use this company again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a Cypriot holiday Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review about the House. I am very pleased you enjoyed your stay and found everything to your liking. As you say the House is very close to everything and unless you wish to explore other resorts there is no need to hire a car, even without a car as you say there is a great bus service which runs into the early hours and is really cheap.
