A spacious modern villa with a large garden and pool area, parking for 2 cars and lots of privacy. Walking distance to several beaches of Pernera. Please note that as for all our properties poolheating is charged extra at ?35 per day.

The Famagusta region

Cape Greco, also known as Cavo Greco, is a headland in the south-eastern part of the district.

It is at the southern end of Famagusta Bay. It is frequently visited by many tourists for its natural beauty.

It is a protected costal nature park. From the high points on the cliff that rests at the cape one can view amazing sights out to sea.

According to local legend it is also the home of the 'Ayia Napa sea monster'.

The Protaras / Pernera area

Villa Nadia is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 100 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nighlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!

From Larnaca Airport follow signs for Paralimni/Ayia Napa. At the end of the motorway turn left and follow Protaras. Take the second exit at the third roundabout towards Protaras. At the end of that short dual carriageway go straight across the roundabout. At the end of that dual carriageway at the traffic lights turn left. 200 metres further and you will take the next right. Drive straight down that road until you see Knights Pub on your right. Just after that the road splits to the left take this road and after 50 metres on your right you will see Storm Developments, turn right here and take the third left and Villa Nadia is the first on the left number 24.
