The Famagusta District
Cyprus has always held the reputation of long hot summer days that stretch on for 340 days of the year. Within a short walking distance of the villa is the heart of Protaras where you can sample fine Cypriot fare and enjoy the hospitality which is second to none. There is no need to venture further if Protaras pleases you, however, we would suggest you visit the local towns and villages, only then will you have experienced all that Cyprus has to offer. With its close connections to the UK, Cyprus boasts all of its amenities in both English and Greek. It is a beautiful island which offers the traveller access to visit the many historical and cultural places it has on offer. Should you plan a visit out of the summer season, a 90 minute drive will take you the Troodos Mountains where you can sample the joys of leaning to ski!! There are experts on hand ready to teach you all they know to make this a memorable trip. Or if you are fully skilled you can enjoy the more advanced runs. For those who like their golf there are six courses spread throughout the island with easy access to bring your skills in line with Tiger Woods!!!

Protaras has become an engaging cosmopolitan resort on the south side of the island. With its fine restaurants and bars catering for everyone. Whether your taste stretches to an a la carte evening, burger and fries or a snack in the many tavernas Protaras can offer it and more!! From laying on the renown Fig Tree Bay beach during the day to the evening activities that include Karaoke Bars, Crazy Golf or just catching up with friends, Protaras is the friendliest place on the Island. Night Clubbers will find Aya Napa hard to beat with the best DJ's and music for your entertainment. Whether young or old this little part of Cyprus offers it all.
The villa is located less than 150 metres from a local beach which offers among other things,water sports for all the family and a children's play area. The private pool at this villa basks in the full sun until sunset. So if your days are better spent in the seclusion of this beautiful villa you will enjoy all the privacy it can offer along with the best amenties including your own BBQ area.

Further details indoors: The interior of the property is furnished to a high standard. The lounge is bright and spacious and both sets of patio windows lead onto the outside patio and pool area. There is Satelite tv which is great for all the family and a PLAYSTATION 2 which you must bring your own games for. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 and again faces onto the pool area. The kitchen is spacious and fully fitted with which you would expect in a luxury villa. The three spacious bedrooms have fitted double wardrobes and 2 of the three bedrooms lead onto balconies with table and chairs. The family bathroom is of a good size consisting of wc, basin, bath and shower. The outside of the property boasts a large private pool, sun loungers, patio table and chairs. The outside of the villa at night is fully illuminated. A barbeque is also located at the rear of the property.

This property stands in a superb position only 150 metres to the beach. There is a supermarket very near by and some good local tavernas. A car would not be essential unless you wish to visit further afield. The exterior of the property is maintained to a high standard and also boasts an outside shower. A private pool with plenty of space for entertaining and sun loungers. Parking for two cars at the side of the villa. The front of the villa has a small garden and once again illuminated at night. This villa is ideal for any age group and close to all amenities. PLANTS IN THE FRONT AND REAR HAVE BEEN PLANTED SINCE THE PHOTO'S OF THE VILLA WERE TAKEN WHICH REALLY FINISHES OFF THIS FANTASTIC VILLA.

The swimming pool is cleaned 2-3 times a week more if required and is ideal for all ages. Mid week clean is available at a extra charge, however sheets and towels are available to use at your convenience. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A £25.00 PER WEEK CHARGE FOR AIR CONDITIONING

This property is suitable for any age and families are particularly welcomed. Highchairs etc can be provided at extra cost please ring and enquire. Satelite tv is a great added bonus for the kids and yourselfs in the evening if cooking at home.
