About the home

This beautiful modern ground floor air conditioned property comprises of 1 bedroom (with fitted wardrobes). The master bedroom has a large king size bed and patio doors on to terrace. The apartment is beautifully furnished having a very bright and spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. The lounge is very comfortable with TV, satellite, DVD player. Patio doors lead out to the terrace where you can sit and enjoy dinner and a glass of wine overlooking the pool.

Located on the fringe of the town of Paralimni in an elevated location the complex offers views of the azure-blue Mediterranean Sea. Sandy beaches are a short five minutes drive away offering water sports and many other activities and the trendy tourist resort of Protaras is just 10 minutes away. All necessary facilities and amenities can be found in the nearby of Paralimni, with shops, banks, supermarkets, bus routes and restaurants. These apartments are ideal for permanent living, long-term or short-term let.

Check-in after 16.00 and departure by 11.00. (These times may be flexible). Late Check-out may be possible but must be agreed with us before the date of departure. Late departures may be subject to a "late departure fee".

Upon check in credit card details will be taken to cover any accidental damage which may occur during your stay. The property will be checked for any damage on departure and any costs incurred will be advised at this time.

Payments can be made by paypal or bank transfer.

A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 28 days of arrival.

The final balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. If you have not contacted us then we will collect the final balance using the card details already provided.

It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance cover before arriving with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or third party.

The Famagusta region

Paralimni (2 minutes drive) is the largest town in the area with at least two large supermarkets and many shops, both modern and traditional. Two beautiful churches sit in the main square, where you can also sit and enjoy a leisurely drink watching the world (and the locals) go by.

Pernera/Protaras (10 minutes drive) are another two local resorts well worth a visit - it has all the usual commercial resort amenities including 'Fig Tree Bay' and beach.

Larnaca (45 minutes drive) is also worth a visit in its own right - it boasts a palm-lined seafront and Marina bustling with cafes, tavernas, shops and bars. There is also a scenic fortress castle, now used as the town's summer cultural centre. Larnaca's main shopping area is Zenon Kitieos Street, a typically busy road of small shops, with a colourful fruit and vegetable market at the far end.

Nicosia (75 minutes drive) is the capital of Cyprus and straddles Southern and Northern Cyprus - a beautiful modern city with an ancient town wall - take your passport and you are able to enter to the Northern side of the city where you will be able to truly appreciate the difference in each part's development in the last 35 years.

Cape Greco (10 minutes drive), the eastern-most point of Southern Cyprus, is a protected National Park with stunning scenery which offers such tremendous peace and tranquillity that seems a million miles away from the resorts. It is a place also popular with divers.

There are several Greek villages in the area all worthy of a visit to get a glimpse of traditional Greek Cyprus.
If you don't want to bother with a hire car, there is a frequent bus service which operates between all of the above, there are also coach tours.
A pedestrianised coastal path lies along the entire length of the coast from Protaras, into Ayia Napa, past Nissi Bay and on towards Ayia Thekla - ideal for walkers and cyclists.

The Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area
Nissi Beach is located on the south-eastern tip of the sun-drenched island of Cyprus. This world famous horseshoe bay is known as one of Cyprus's most beautiful beaches (15 mins drive from the apartment). The sand is white and the crystal clear waters are calm and shallow, perfect for children to play in or adults to soak and relax. If you enjoy doing something a bit more energetic the amazing selection of water sports will keep you busy. There are numerous beach bars and restaurants to cater for everyone’s tastes, from lively music to watching the perfect view.

Also here is one of Europe’s biggest water parks. The park is packed with attractions for all ages. It is well worth spending a whole day here.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kronos Apartments are located in the Famagusta district on the Eastern side of Cyprus. The coastline boasts some of the best sandy beaches with its shallow, clear, turquoise blue waters and white powdered sand offering a range of popular family resorts, quiet coves, bars, clubs and restaurants.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO KRONOS APARTMENTS
Leave the airport (there is only one way out)
At the immediate roundabout turn left and, signposted Lemasos/lefkosia, you are now on the motorway.
Keep continuing straight ahead, the signs will change to Paralimini, and Ayia Napa. (Agia Napa)
You will drive for approx 40 minutes along this road, it is very straight, and you will pass Ayia Napa on the way. All the way it will say Paralimini. Frequently there are 2 x speed signs 100kms or 65 miles per hour
When you get to the sign/roundabout that says END OF MOTORWAY, Turn left to Paralimini.
Continue to roundabout and continue straight ahead.
Continue to next roundabout continue straight ahead.
Keep driving straight ahead, you will begin to enter Paralimini town. You will pass Carrefour supermarket on your right. This road is called 1st of April Street.
After the supermarket you will come to traffic lights, Alpha bank is on your left.
Continue straight on through the traffic lights, passing Hellenic and Emporiki bank on your right.
You continue straight ahead on this road for approx 5/10 minutes until you reach the large Roundabout.
Turn right at this roundabout (2ND EXIT)
Continue straight ahead to the traffic lights, you will pass the 2 x police stations opposite each other on the left and right hand side.
At the traffic lights, continue straight ahead.
After the lights you will pass a shop called “POP LIFE” on the left. Drive ahead for approx 500 yds and take the 1ST LEFT.
Continue for approx 100 yds , Take 1st LEFT
Continue ahead for approx 50 metres. The complex is on the Right.
You drive down the small slope into the car parking area.
You have arrived at Kronos Apartments.
