This luxurious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apt is only 750 metres from Pernera and 15 minutes' walk from Protaras. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and children's pool, sun beds and parasols. Bars, shops, restaurants and beach only 5 minutes' walk.

This fully air conditioned 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard and comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (both having fitted wardrobes) and a spacious lounge/diner/fully fitted kitchen.The property sleeps up to 6 (Sofa Bed in lounge). This apartment is situated on this new resort in Pernera just minutes from the sandy beaches and coves. An added benefit to this property is satellite TV.

Check-in after 16.00 and departure by 11.00. (These times may be flexible). Late Check-out may be possible but must be agreed with us before the date of departure. Late departures may be subject to a "late departure fee".

Upon check in credit card details will be taken to cover any accidental damage which may occur during your stay. The property will be checked for any damage on departure and any costs incurred will be advised at this time.

Payments can be made by paypal or bank transfer.

A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 28 days of arrival.

The final balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. If you have not contacted us then we will collect the final balance using the card details already provided.

It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance cover before arriving with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or third party.

The Famagusta region

Paralimni (10 minutes drive) is the largest town in the area with at least two large supermarkets and many shops, both modern and traditional. Two beautiful churches sit in the main square, where you can also sit and enjoy a leisurely drink watching the world (and the locals) go by.

Larnaca (45 minutes drive) is also worth a visit in its own right - it boasts a palm-lined seafront and Marina bustling with cafes, tavernas, shops and bars. There is also a scenic fortress castle, now used as the town's summer cultural centre. Larnaca's main shopping area is Zenon Kitieos Street, a typically busy road of small shops, with a colourful fruit and vegetable market at the far end.

Nicosia (75 minutes drive) is the capital of Cyprus and straddles Southern and Northern Cyprus - a beautiful modern city with an ancient town wall - take your passport and you are able to enter to the Northern side of the city where you will be able to truly appreciate the difference in each part's development in the last 35 years.

Cape Greco (10 minutes drive), the eastern-most point of Southern Cyprus, is a protected National Park with stunning scenery which offers such tremendous peace and tranquillity that seems a million miles away from the resorts. It is a place also popular with divers.

There are several Greek villages in the area all worthy of a visit to get a glimpse of traditional Greek Cyprus.
If you don't want to bother with a hire car, there is a frequent bus service which operates between all of the above, there are also coach tours.

A pedestrianised coastal path lies along the entire length of the coast from Protaras, into Ayia Napa, past Nissi Bay and on towards Ayia Thekla - ideal for walkers and cyclists.

The Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area
Nissi Beach is located on the south-eastern tip of the sun-drenched island of Cyprus. This world famous horseshoe bay is known as one of Cyprus's most beautiful beaches (15 mins drive from the apartment). The sand is white and the crystal clear waters are calm and shallow, perfect for children to play in or adults to soak and relax. If you enjoy doing something a bit more energetic the amazing selection of water sports will keep you busy. There are numerous beach bars and restaurants to cater for everyone’s tastes, from lively music to watching the perfect view.

Also here is one of Europe’s biggest water parks. The park is packed with attractions for all ages. It is well worth spending a whole day here.

The Protaras / Pernera area

Pernera/Protaras are two lovely and popular resorts that have all the usual commercial resort amenities including 'Fig Tree Bay' and beach. Plentiful bars,shops and restaurants. Magic dancing waters show, quad biking hire, water sports, just about everything for an enjoyable holiday.

SOUSTIS APARTMENTS DRIVING DIRECTIONS
• Leave the airport, there is only one way out.
• At the immediate roundabout turn LEFT signposted Lemesos/Lefkosia
• You are now on the Motorway
• Once on the motorway do not turn off, the signs will change to Ayia Napa and Paralimni.
• After approx 40 minutes you will come to END OF MOTORWAY ....at this roundabout TURN LEFT Signposted Paralimni.
• Continue straight ahead to the next Roundabout. Continue straight ahead.
• At the next roundabout, get in the right hand lane and Turn right.
• Continue to the next roundabout and continue straight ahead.
• Continue ahead down the hill, until you reach the Traffic Lights
• At the Traffic Lights turn left.
• Take the next Right, sign posted Pernera.
• Continue straight ahead through Pernera, you will pass numerous bars,hotels and Pizza Hut on your right.
• Continue ahead until you see the bus stop on your left.
• Immediately at this bus stop turn right into the narrow Tarmac road.
• After approximately 300 yds Turn Left into the apartment complex.
• You have reached Soustis Apartments.

“Poor management” On arrival the apartment looked great, But the toilet seat was broken in the bathroom, there wasn't a shower curtain for the shower over the bath so water went everywhere and made the floor slippery and there was a bare light bulb in the bathroom. We were only given 1 towel each and no change of bedding. It took 3 days to get this sorted. We also asked if we could keep the apartment on because of a late flight and was told that would be ok and the day befor we were leaving we're told it would be 30 euros and he had no recollection of being asked to keep the apartment on. My Husband fitted the toilet seat to get it done quicker. The apartment could have been great but the owners need to sort out their management company. It would put me off booking it again. Response: Dear Guest thank you for your review, It is always nice to receive feedback so that we have an opportunity to improve on any service we provide. Our maintenance team were aware of the broken toilet seat by the previous guest and had it in their schedule to rectify. Unfortunaltey we had to order a replacement, As you mentioned we carried this out at the earliest opportunity. I have investigated and discovered that when the maintenance man arrived at the apartment he was asked to leave the toilet seat and told you were happy to fit it yourself. Regarding late checkout the fee is for the extra time spent in the property and the use of utilities etc, it represents excellent value at less than 10 euros per person for a full day of the facilities. Many accomodation providers worldwide will request an additional charge for this, We did check our records of email correspondence etc and did not find any official request for a late checkout, as there was not another imminent arrival we were happy to accomodate your last minute request.
