The Famagusta District
Located on the east coast of Cyprus it is one of the most colourful regions in Cyprus with a vibrant history and distinctive landscape! The historical backdrop of the area means that there are lots of exciting places of interest to visit. The ruins of various empires characterise the architecture of the region; including Roman baths and an amphitheatre. One of the most famous sights is that of the church and monastery of St Barnabas that has its associations with the early years of Christianity.
The colourful nature of the Famagusta region even extends to the scenery; it is renowned for the vibrant red soil helping to make the landscape distinctive! The climate helps to add to the appeal of the area with warm dry summers, and mild winters it is a great destination for escaping the UK winter!
Protaras / Central Protaras area
A modern ,purpose built resort on the east coast of Cyprus. Protaras will appeal to those that like home comforts and a family holiday. The resort features British bars with sports Tv karaoke, a choice of restaurants. The beaches are said to be the best in Protaras. Watersports are on offer including scuba diving.
Justa short drive approx 10 minutes you are in Ayia Napa this is another nice area for evening meals bars and entertainment.
Also well worth a visit is Water Park fun for all the family.

NEAREST AIRPORT IS LARNACA THE JOURNEY FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR VILLA IS APPROX 40 MINUTES 50 KILOMETERS. OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY CAN ARRANGE A TAXI TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT.

The rental period for this Villa runs from 1st April until 31st October a booking deposit of £100.00 is required which goes towards any damage cancellations or breakages. This will be returned at the end of your stay.

The property is closed at the end of the season from November until March.
Unfortunately the Ayios Elias Holiday Village has been closed and therefore the nearest swimming pool is Sweet Memories Hotel.
