This stylish two storey town house is situated on a five star complex consisting of individual blocks of villas, apartments and town houses with landscaped garden areas and a kids play park area.

The ground floor has an open plan layout consisting of a living / dining / kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with utensils and crockery to make that culinary meal. A dining table provides seating for up to four persons. The living area has been furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat screen satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and CD players. A twin bedroom is also situated on this floor with an adjacent shower room; ideal for persons with mobility difficulties.

The Famagusta region

Famgusta district is a maze of delightful contrast of old style living with the modern styles of today, both existing side by side in harmony. There are many archaeological sites scattered around that offer a look into the depth of old time Cyprus.

Being mainly Christian Orthodox and very passionate about their religion, you will encounter many interesting churches around the area, some as old as 13 century to some only a few years old.

Famagusta District is well known for its wonderful and delicious potatoes produced by the red Villages which is most of the coastal areas, this meaning of red villages is that the soil is rich and red in colour.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis is a fast up and coming area where you can enjoy the varied restaurants and bars along its main street. with every turning down towards the beach you will find many little beaches or bays, with Fireman's beach being the most popular beach in the area with its golden sandy beach. Its name is brought about by the local fireman using this beach to do early morning practice on.

The municipal town of Paralimni is only a five minute drive away where you can enjoy a vast array of shops and boutiques as well as the local well stocked supermarkets.

The centre of Protaras is approximately 5 kilometers away where you can enjoy more lively entertainment and a vast selection of bars and restaurants. The well renowned Fig Tree Bay is a great beach to enjoy the many water sports on offer.
