This apartment is situated on the ground floor of one of the nicest Complexes in Kapparis and is only 400m from the beach. The Lounge opens out on to a large private furnished gated patio which has the beautiful 12 x 6 swimming pool in front of it. There is WiFi / Internet connection if required.

The Patio gives you a lovely view while eating "Al Fresco". The apartment is light and spacious with doors leading from the lounge straight on to the patio by the pool - lots of space to enjoy the sunshine

There are many tavernas, restaurants and bars within walking distance, but far enough to allow you to get a good night's sleep. The beautiful Fireman's Cove is also within walking distance. Ayia Tirada, Fig Tree Bay, Cape Grecko are a few minutes' drive. This apartment has everything on its doorstep for a quiet relaxing holiday for everyone.

A Babysitting Service is available at very reasonable rates.

The decor in the apartment is bright and cheerful with a great holiday feel to it looking out on to the swimming pool and your own patio.

There is SatelliteTV for your entertainment with Film Channels. Open plan to the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen. There is also WiFi / Internet connection if required. The Lounge has a Full size Sofa Bed providing sleeping for 2 people (making a total of 4). The Twin Bedded Bedroom has ample fitted wardrobes and is a good size. There is a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub plus overhead shower fitment, wash basin and toilet . There are air conditioning units in all rooms.

The Apartment is located on one of the best Complexes in Kapparis, 400m from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and nightlife. The Swimming Pool is fabulous and you are right next to it.

There is under cover dedicated parking if hiring a vehicle.

The Swimming Pool also has Shower and Toilet Facilities nearby.

To allow for flights coming into Cyprus everyday of the week, rental periods can start and end on any day - there is no set changeover day.

The prices quoted are for a week long let, however I can quote for a 2 night stay, 10 days, etc. Please note the cost for an overnight stay is not the price stated per week divided by 7, if staying for 1 day or more the villa has to be cleaned and laundered. Just ask me for a quote.

Normally the Apartment is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus. Changeover days are flexible.

Conditions

Wheelchair accessible - lift and the doors are wide enough, but there are no rails in place in the bathroom

A deposit of £150 will be required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

A security Deposit of £200 is payable with the balance of rent - this will be refunded within 7 days of your vacating the property.

If the reservation is less than 6 weeks from the start of the holiday date, the full amount will be required,

Rentals of less than one week must be paid for on reservation.

Once full payment is received an Accommodation Voucher will be issued which you take with you to Cyprus in exchange for the keys. I have a Manager available to meet you at the Apartment with the keys (24 hour service)

The Famagusta region

This region of Cyprus enjoys an estimated 345 days of sunshine a year and is ideal for a holiday throughout the year. The best beaches on the island can be found in this region - Cape Greco, Nissi Beach, Fig Tree Bay and many more - many have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' which means they are great for families with small children as the beaches are fine white sand which gently shelves into the crystal clean waters of the Mediterranean.

The sea is excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving and there are all kinds of water sports - some quite tame and others quite adventurous!! The Troodos mountains are a great place to visit in contrast to the beaches - here you will find pretty villages and the air temperature will be a little cooler - and of course in the Winter you can Ski

You can also spend some time in Nicosia with its shops, boutiques and places of interest or visit a church or two.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Kapparis, but still only a short walk away from everything.

You will find local Bakers offering fresh bread 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - there are also other everyday products available from the supermarkets less than 1 minute away. There are many beautiful churches and a tiny church sits on the other local beach at Agia Triada.

There are Two Water Parks in the area, a Zoo and Aquatic Centre. Places of interest include the Nature Reserve of Cape Greco, the 'Famagusta' viewpoint, museums and monasteries. The resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short car drive away, or by bus. Buses are cheap - approx. 1,20 Euros. Taxis are also readily available and affordable.

Fireman's Cove is 0.4km away or Agia Triada is 1km . They are beautiful sheltered coves with crystal clear water - almost turquoise!! Kapparis has lots of tavernas, bars and restaurants and is along the coast from Pernera and Protaras which have even more night life.

“very relaxing holiday, good location-we would definetly go again” The apartment is basic but has everything you will need for a relaxing break. The complex is very clean (beware the side of the pool is very slippy when wet and also apartment floor) Bill (manager) is available to answer any questions either by phone or when he tends to the pool. The welcome pack was gratefully accepted after a 4 hour flight delay arriving in the small hours of the morning. Bill and Bob were patiently waiting for us.We hired a car from Bill (no 2) for a few days however there is a bus from the bottom of the road ( number 711) which runs approx every 2 hours and will take you to Protaras strip/Ayia Napa/Larnaca etc... This bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the complex. You can also walk to the roundabout (about 20minutes) and catch a bus there.You can pick up a timetable from one of the buses. Drivers don't tell you but you don't pay a fare for children under 12 years old! A day ticket is 3 Euros and allows you unlimited use of any bus for that day.Taxis also run up and down ready to be hailed. We have hired from Lynda before and never being disappointed and are already looking at booking for next year! Thank you Home from Home x Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The property as you say is in a good location and with the advantage of a good bus service you are able to visit other resorts - these buses also run into the early hours!!! It is also good to know having Bill around in case you need him is a bonus. “Hope to come back” We stayed there for two weeks and were fascinated by local people, views, the atmosphere itself. Although our flight was delayed for 4 hours, we had no problems with the transfer (booked from the owner). We were touched not only by welcome pack, but also by the number of maps and different brochures collected in one basket. There were games for the kids also, and TV with a lot of channels, but we have no time to watch it because the beach is not far from, the sea is beautiful, and we rented the car from the owner thus could travel to other places, there are a lot of interesting to see! Mr Bill, the Manager, was very helpful, we liked being there and hope to come back for a longer period! Bill my Manager always makes sure everyone is looked after during their stay and having the option of very cheap car hire from us means you can explore other places on this beautiful island. “All our wishes were fulfilled” We were 4 person: two adults and two kids 3 and 7 years. The property is correspond with it's description. Special thank you for Lynda, property owner. She helped us in all parts of our holiday - documents for visas, airport transfer, car rental. Always were perfect. Very important thing - local manager. Our manager, Bill, has solved all our questions. We always know who can help. Location is very convenient: a lot of sandy beaches (cultivated and wild) by foot or by car, small supermarket in 200 m, big supermarket in 3 minutes by car. The motorway is nearby, so you can reach all parts of island (Paphos is 2 hours by car). We are very like two beaches: nearest and Konnos bay (this bay has a different foot-paths to walk in the evening) We were 6 weeks in Cyprus and always was perfect wether and beatiful sea. Payments from UK residents can be made into any UK bank.

International Payments can be made via IBAN transfer and paid in GBP Sterling or Euros

I can also be paid via PayPal using a Credit Card, but this will incur a 4.5% surcharge (which is what I will be charged by PayPal).

Please remember it is your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance to cover medical treatment while away.

NB: Cancellation charges

These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the cost of your booking, but do not include Security Deposits* paid.

* If the Security Deposit of £150 has been paid, this is refunded in full, no matter how much notice is given for cancellation.
