pool/garden area As the garden is south facing the sun covers the rear garden from mid-morning, the pool is 6mx3m with built in steps at the shallow end, there's a garden table and 6 chairs, sunbeds,parrasols, lilo's, BBQ and pool shower. There is a patio area at the front of the villa which gives you shade from midday

The Famagusta District
Pernera is in the district of Famgusta, a place where virtues like warmth, integrity and friendship are still a way of life and an ongoing expression of great civilization from its deepest roots. The small towns of Famagusta are better known as Red Soil Villages which as the name suggests is taken from the vibrant colour of its soil. Probably two of the most well known tourist resorts in Famagusta are Ayia Napa and Protaras. Their coastlines are considered to be the finest of all of Cyprus, with their extensive golden, sandy beaches clear turquoise waters they attract the majority of tourism. The most famous town of Famagusta would be the ghost town of "Varosha" which lies trapped between the buffer zone of North and South Cyprus. The town is locked in historical stasis; washing still hangs from sagging lines and empty streets are given over to stray cats
Protaras / Pernera area
Pernera is just a 2min walk from the villa here you will find plenty of shops, pubs restaurantsand under 10min walk there is one of three beaches all with safe bathing and water sports. A 5min walk from the villa is Protaras water Park and a 10min drive would take you to Ayia Napa " WaterWorld " There are boat trips to " Famagusta Ghost Town ". The famous " Fig Tree Bay " is 30min walk and the bustling night life of Protaras strip is 30min walk.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca airport - 40min transfer time to the villa - pick up from the airport can be arranged - collect your hire car from the airport - hire a taxi.

Conditions
Booking Details The villa will be available after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and we kindly ask you to vacate by 11.00am on departure day to allow for cleaning. If you wish to have the property cleaned during your stay this can be arranged for an extra cost. A £100 per week (non refundable) deposit will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required with the balance payment, this will be refunded, less any damage costs, 2 weeks after on your return.
