This lovely three bedroom town house is ideal for families’ wanting a quiet holiday close to the sea. Set in a peaceful cul-de-sac with a stunning view across to a charming beach cove, which is situated across the road and only a minute walk away.
The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge / dining room and kitchen decorated with lovely oil paintings and traditional furniture set against a white background.
The lounge area consists of 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, an arm chair and a wooden coffee table for convenience. A TV with Free to Air Satellite is also provided for your entertainment. Beautiful oil paintings are elegantly hung on walls around the lounge and dining areas offering splashes of colour. The wooden dining table accommodates six matching chairs for relaxed dining. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials to make that culinary meal; full fridge / freezer, electric hob / oven, kettle, toaster, electric sandwich maker, and a water cooler with a spare small fridge compartment for those often required cold drinks throughout the long summer months. Just off from the kitchen are a guest WC and a guest bedroom consisting of a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower with WC. This room has a window overlooking the back patio along with a private access door outside.
First Floor:
The family bathroom of blue and white patterned tiles with a bath is situated between the two remaining bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms consist of twin beds and built in wardrobes. The back bedroom has a view of the back patio area and some surrounding town houses. The other twin bedroom is situated to the front of the house with a balcony overlooking the bougainvillea pergola with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Protaras / Pernera area
This town house is ideally situated on a complex in a small cul-de-sac facing the lovely Kalamias Beach, which is only 30 metres away. 50 m from the nearest convenience store and 300 m from the main Pernera strip where you can enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants or pubs.
Pernera main strip is on the direct bus route into Protaras where you can find the beautiful well renowned Fig Tree Bay, or a further ride will take you into Ayia Napa. In the other direction you will come to the residential town of Paralimni with an assorted array of boutiques, cafés and supermarkets.

A little gate leads out to a communal road onto the small complex that this town house is situated on. The front verandah is surrounded by various flowering and non flowering plants creating a charming and serene atmosphere. Extra patio furniture is provided for the front verandah making it ideal for evening drinks while watching the setting sun.
