This detached villa with private pool is newly built with three bedrooms ,one having an en suite shower room. Patio and pool are furnished to the highest specification and is an ideal base for couples and families alike. It is within walking distance of the local amenities and the many picturesque beaches and coves of protaras. There are breath taking sea view walks. It takes only minutes to walk to the centre of protaras , yet it is far enough away not be kept awake by the nightlife. A perfect location. (please note the pictures are of before we had the garden plants and palms put in so it is even prettier now)The villa is a ten minute walk from the main strip at the capo bay hotel end of the bars and restaurants.

The Famagusta District

The villa is only minutes walk away from the restaurants,bars,and shops of protaras town centre.for those whose sole intention is relaxation protaras beaches are the best on the island .Cyprus is sunny all year round there is plenty of history (knights templer) also Roman ruins to see .Take a boat to see the Famagusta coastline. Protaras is very lively in the summer months.

Local taxis are available at the airport .fare should be no more than 60 euros.

Outdoors:This villa which is located in central protaras it is a Detached villa with balcony terrace from the front bedroom,There is a Private outdoor swimming pool .with enclosed pool shower and a Private garden. The pool is very private as it has a wall and fence all around and the sun shines on the pool all day long as it located behind the house it is a perfect suntrap,(unlike others on the street.). (Garden furniture) we have 8 sunbeds 4 ( sunbed) drink tables & 4 sunbed parasols also garden table and 6 chairs with large parasol
