With easy access from the ground floor of the complex the front door of this luxury apartment opens into the main living area and has a fully fitted Italian style kitchen with granite worktops, dining area with seating for 4 people, and a comfortable lounge area with a sofa bed and seating for 4 people with 2 occasional tables.
A 26" flat screen television and a DVD player are also provided. Large, double glazed patio doors with full blinds open onto the veranda area with outdoor furniture.
The double bedroom features a queen-sized bed with bedside table, and chest of drawers and large wardrobes with hanging and shelved space and has large double glazed patio windows with full blinds.
A washing machine and storage cupboards are housed within an alcove, that leads to the fully tiled shower room with smart white sanitary ware and chrome fittings.
The property benefits from 2 large outdoor swimming pools with furnished seating/ sunbathing areas and a children’s pool within extensively landscaped gardens with lush tropical foliage and direct access to the beach.
Wireless high-speed internet access is available in the lobby areas.
The Five Senses Spa, features wet and dry treatment rooms, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Gym with free weights and cardio workout equipment.
A private car park is also available for guests.

Between May and September the daytime temperatures around the area often reach 30°C / 86°F, becoming as high as 35°C / 95°F in July and August.
The Protaras area
Popular with Cypriots as well as holiday makers from other countries, Protaras has lovely, sandy beaches with clear sky-blue waters and the most well known beach in the area is Fig Tree Bay.
It is primarily a tourist area with plenty of day time and evening entertainment, ample bars, restaurants and cafes, catering for all tastes and budgets.

Car hire is available through our Home Management Company G & B Keyholder Services and arrangements can also be made for airport transfers to and from our apartment for 70 euros. Details will be needed at the time of booking.
G & B Keholder Services also supply a Welcome Pack which will be supplied when you arrive at the apartment.

Apartments are fully correspond to the photos. All new, very clean, works well, no insects. I liked the location, close to bars and the beach, 2-3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, but at the same time, not noisy. No additional costs, everything is included. Owner and keyholder are very attentive and helpful, they have helped us to manage with several difficulties. |
