This charming Cypriot, two bedroom town house is snugly nestled in the heart of Pernera, flanked on two sides by a small nature reserve. Although this property is right in the centre of the town situated behind some restaurants and pubs, this place is reasonably quiet.
This town house is an older style building that has been lovingly looked after by its owners. The interior décor of fresh white and cream with splashes of colour by some of the furniture, helps to make this place feel cool and refreshing in the long hot summer months.
The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area. The fully fitted kitchen with plenty of cupboard space offers all the necessities to make that family meal. There is a small breakfast bar with three bar stools for easy enjoyment of meals. Alternatively, meals can be enjoyed in comfort at the dining table seating four chairs. In the lounge area, a two seater sofa bed with two accompanying arm chairs offer comfortable seating . A TV (local channels only) for entertainment has been provided. The lovely cream curtains with a subtle leaf print offers privacy and shade across the glass sliding doors to the outside patio area. A guest WC is also located on this floor.
The family bathroom is situated on this floor, accompanied by the two bedrooms. The minimalist decor of the master bedroom makes this room feel bright and airy. This room consists of a large double bed, two side tables with bedside lamps and air-conditioning. The second bedroom comprises of twin beds, with a fan. There is an balcony off this bedroom, which offers a lovely view of the small nature reserve.
The spacious garden offers an assortment of flowering plants, an orange and hibiscus tree. A large patio is covered by a timber pergola, giving that much needed shade. A table with four chairs are provided, which makes this the ideal setting to enjoy an Al Fresco meal. The view from the patio makes this a charming and serene setting.

There are abundant and varied places to see in Cyprus, evoking the interest of every person from the ages of 2 years to 90 years of age, from the idyllic coastal seashores to the inland archaeological sites where various and truly amazing artifacts can be found to those interested in ancient history. Cyprus can boast weather for all seasons from the abundant orchid trees with their pastel blossoms blooming in spring, to the wonderful, winter snow capped mountains and throughout autumn and winter seasons, Cyprus is still blessed by the Gods, of having plenty of clear blue skies and sunny days.
Protaras / Pernera area
There are an abundant amount of watersports that can be enjoyed at almost all of the beaches, along with glass bottom boat rides. For those more eager to view the bottom of the sea first hand, there area many areas ideal for scuba diving, not to forget the Titanic of the Mediterranean Sea, the ship wreck Zinobia.
A seven minute ride and you can see the wonderful shops and boutiques in the local town of Paralimni, or there is the lively and active town of Protaras with its abundant array of restaurants, pubs and nightlife entertainment such as the Dancing Waters to be enjoyed by all ages. Ayia Napa is only a 12 minute drive away.
