Great for a relaxing holiday & privately owned by myself & my wife. Will be finished to the same standard as villa "Pedro" inside & out. The area benefits from great restaurant & bars with Ayia Napa only a 5min drive for more night life & shopping.
The area has everything you would wish for, from Horse riding to the Ghost town of Famagusta Protaras offers some of the best beaches in Cyprus.Green Bay beach, with watersports as well, is a 5min walk from the villa & first resturants. Conditions
A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance payable 6xweeks before departure, along with a £200 security deposit. Please note you still need your own travel insurance.

Great area for exploring, the Ghost Town of Famagusta is a must.

The villa was excellent, everything we needed, including fantastic decor both indoor & outdoor. The teenagers loved the pool table & PS3 with the videos & cames. The villa was luxury including the recources in the kitchen. A great location & would definately recommend. Will book again when returning to Cyprus. Ian&Julie+family. UK/
As always another excellent property from the owners, second time for renting and will be back again. I.Sutton Saudi./ Villa was better in real life than even in the pictures, excellent. Alex Cyprus./Villa was very Modern & bright, good location, Natasha+Family Russia.

Please note we can take monthly installments for bookings as well, to spread your costs, with no deposit. The booking needs to be at least 6xmonths in advance for this option!
