The villa is privately owned, in peaceful location, just 15min walk from the strip, 1min walk to Bus Stop & local mini-markets in a new complex built in the last 2 years "Katia Complex". The first restaurant is 5min walk with Green Bay Beach 5min walk. Beautiful complex in a quiet location, yet 5mins drive to Ayia Napa or Paralimni. There is a bus service 1min walk away that runs every 30mins, 1euro each to Ayia Napa or Protaras centre.
The villa benefits from its own private pool & roof terrace with a hot tub with sea views. The ground floor has a open plan kitchen, dining area & living area. Downstairs toilet & first bedroom. The second floor has 3xbedrooms with en-suites. To finish is the roof terrace with rattan furniture, sea views & a hot-tub to enjoy when goes down. The area benefits from horse riding, restaurants, shopping, beaches,walking all in Protaras.Or night life in Ayia Napa & some great shoping as well.
Protaras has some of the best beaches in Cyprus. We also have 3xapartments on the same complex for larger groups, just click at the bottom of the page. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Spacious well appointed Villa with quality fixtures and fittings. As working parents with 2 teenagers we value our holidays, many may think our holidays are boring as we enjoy vegging out in and around the Villas we rent, Villa Pedro is ideal for a relaxing holiday, the roof terrace was our 2nd home for the duration, popping in and out of the Hot-Tub/Spa looking out to the sea in the distance all of this underneath cloudless skies. For a change we would swim and sunbathe by the pool. With a 20 minute walk you are in the busy Fig Tree Bay strip, or 5 to 10 minute walk to the sea and local beach........Needless to say we will be booking again..The Crouchmans |
