We accept payments by bank transfer and cheque.
We do ask our customers for a 25% deposit of total rental fee to confirm your booking.
Final payment is made within 6 weeks of arrival date by bank transfer or 8 weeks if paying by cheque.
If booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival date then full payment is required.
A £250 (sterling) is also required for breakages/ damages.
This will be returned (subject to no breakages or damage) within 2 weeks of checkout.
All prices are fully inclusive of air conditioning.

Cyprus has a wonderful Mediterranean climate throughout the year which makes this the best choice for a holiday destination.
Famagusta region stretches out in the eastern corner of Cyprus is the most popular of the whole island.
During ancient times Famagusta was a fishing village which developed into a small port and after turned into one of the world's best known tourist and entertainment centre. Once a very busy port but now due to the closure of Famagusta under the Turkish is now not a tourist area.
Other parts of the district such as Protaras and Ayia Napa are just some of the few stunning spots for those who love the sea as well as water sports. Nearby coastline of Protaras is known to have the best beaches on the whole island with it's blue flag areas. The chapel of Prophet Elias situated on a mountain hilltop, has been awarded with amazing views of the Protaras coastline.
Some of the places tourists visit in the charming scenery is Ayia Napa's fishing harbour ,the medieval monastery, small churches and windmills that spreads out into the areas of Protaras and Paralimni. Ayia Napa boasts the biggest themed water park in Europe with exhilarating rides providing fun and entertainment for all age groups. Now a very popular lively place with a vibrant night life of night clubs, bars and restaurants.
Cape Greko is a protected nature reserve on the South-East corner of Cyprus. It's a home to many animals and plants.
Nearby Konnos bay is one of the most beautiful spots on this region a must to visit during your stay.
The quaint village town of Paralimni is only 5mins drive which is more of a traditional local area, but caters for all your needs with 2 large main supermarkets. This region is known as red-soil village which is a major potato producing areas on the island.
Just a short drive to Troodos Mountain is also a place for a visit, passing through small local Cypriot villages populated by friendly & welcoming locals.
The Protaras / Pernera area
Pernera/Protaras is known to have one of the best Golden Sandy beaches and coves in southern eastern coast of Cyprus.
Anjali villa is in an ideal location for all your enjoyable holiday experience. The villa is only few mins walk to Pernera's main street with plenty of bars and restaurant to choose from and a variety of cuisines, such as Indian,Italian,Chinese and not forgetting the fantastic Greek tavernas for your evening entertainment.
Local supermarkets is only 2-3 mins walk from the villa and two very large supermarkets for all your everyday needs which is only a 5min drive from the villa.
The Golden Coast sandy beach is only a couple of mins walk and is adjacent to the picturesque Marina and White Church. Protaras and Pernera beaches are known to be blue flag areas for its cleanliness & safe waters.
There's ample of water sports for you to try such as Water skiing, Jet skiing,Para sailing and other thrilling Water rides. There are also registered Scuba diving schools for you to try out, or why not take a calm relaxing and leisurely boat trips to near by areas. Boat hire and fishing trips are available at the Marina.
Protaras water park is great for small children, splashing and having tremendous fun which is walking distance,the Ocean Aquarium is just a few minutes drive,or give horse riding a go at the Moonshine Ranch.
There are mini golf places and fun parks for the little ones to enjoy and if you like arts and crafts then making pottery would be very enjoyable. Do this early in the holiday as the pottery needs a few days for drying.
A brand new walk way along the Pernera coastline leads to the main beach in busier Central Protaras in just 25 minutes. The famous and stunning Fig Tree Bay beach is truly the most popular beach in Cyprus,with Turquoise Waters and Soft Golden Sands. There are plenty of water sports here too,boat trips with glass bottom or submarine where you can marvel the rocks underneath and if you are lucky to spot dolphins.
Central Protaras is more livelier than Pernera which is only 5 mins drive and has the spectacular Dancing Waters and Light Show which is a must see.
Ayia Napa is just 10 mins drive from Anjali Villa, with it's vibrant nightlife.

A Brand New Larnaca International Airport has just been opened recently.
Most UK Airports fly to Cyprus, flying time takes just over 4 hours.
Almost 4 times bigger then the old building, the airport is very modern and easy access to all Duty Free Shopping and dining facilities. Once at the baggage hall you will need a 2euro coin for your luggage trolley which you will get back when returned,just like the supermarkets in UK.

We have used Aegean Airlines a number of times and found their service and price very good.
Car hire is very economical and is cheaper when you book in advance through the internet.
Driving is very easy as its driven on the left, ideal for UK travellers.
A road map will be given for your travel to the villa which takes about 45 mins(50km)

Great place to stay, 'Shivali Villa' has everything you require to enjoy your holiday. Extensively equipped, light, airy and well appointed. Conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood though only a short walk to local supermarkets and bars. We hired a car but seldomly used it apart from trips to 'Lidl' a five minute drive away in Protaras. Local agents 'Villas 2 Let' and their representative were very helpful and accommodating. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this location/villa to friends and family. |

The villa was beautiful in a great location. We loved all the exotic plants and shrubs in the garden and the outside space as a whole was great. Inside was very clean and beautifully furnished. We were a family party with ages ranging from 8 to 70s and we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Shivali Villa. |

We stayed here for a week and found it to be in a quiet area but within easy reach of all amenities and Protaras is a very nice walk and not far away, although preferably in the morning as it gets pretty hot even in May. We had a welcome basket waiting for us which did not cost us anything and was a very nice touch. It included all the basic essentials and some extras that we didn't expect such as wine, cheese, jam etc. Overall a very nice holiday experience. |
