1. Arrival and Departure: Arrival at the villa (unless otherwise advised to you in writing) should be after 12 am local time. The property must be vacated by 12 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the owner. Vacating after 12 am may incur charges equivalent to one day's accommodation cost.
2. Security Deposit: A returnable deposit of CYP250 will be required, and will be payable upon arrival, to cover any loss, breakages or damage occasioned by the use of the property by the parties to this agreement. The costs for any damage or breakages, except minor ones, shall be the tenant's responsibility and shall be payable to us upon demand. The security deposit shall be refunded after the property has been vacated following an inspection of the property upon your departure.
3. Payment: 25% of the total rent must be remitted to the owner in order to reserve the villa. The balance shall be payable to the owner 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
