The centre of Protaras is a culmination of various cuisines, served by the vast selections of restaurants, family outdoor pubs, arcades, amusement park and nighttime entertainment, so that each day there is something different to do for people of all ages.
This is a family resort with exceptionally beautiful beaches; some say that this area includes the best beach area in Cyprus, the world-renowned Fig Tree Bay. The long sandy beaches broken up by interesting and tranquil coves, make this the area to come to for a holiday.

Right next to many facilities: - there is a hotel with a swimming pool just opposite, there is a hotel complex with a fabulous view of the sea and Protaras coastline just over the road which also has fantastic facilities, including a show every night and organised games for the kids during the day.

1. Arrival and Departure: Arrival at the villa (unless otherwise advised to you in writing) should be after 12 am local time. The property must be vacated by 12 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the owner. Vacating after 12 am may incur charges equivalent to one day's accommodation cost.
2. A Security deposit of CYP250.00 is payable. The Security Deposit is refundable upon inspection and no damages / Breakages have occured.
3. Payment: 25% of the total rent must be remitted to the owner in order to reserve the villa. The balance shall be payable to the owner 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
