About the home

Beautiful 3-bed luxurious contemporary villa with private south-facing 8 x 4m swimming pool and 6-seater hot tub, perfectly situated within 5 minutes walk of the beach.

Two bedrooms open onto a veranda, a beautiful spot to watch the sunset, whilst the third has a partial sea view and en-suite. Additional TVs are provided in two of the bedrooms. The bathroom is of a good size and there is an additional shower/wc on the ground floor.

The large open plan lounge and dining room are furnished to a high standard. For your extra entertainment, satellite TV, DVD/CD players, Playstation 2 plus games, Wii plus games, iPod dock and speakers are provided. A selection of DVDs, cds, games and books are available to add to your holiday enjoyment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all needs.

The sunny patio area has an 8-seater table with a large umbrella for shade. A gas BBQ is provided for al-fresco dining. The completely south-facing pool has roman steps, and is surrounded by 6 sun beds and several umbrellas. Try relaxing under the stars in the 6-seater hot tub located in the landscaped gardens. Or perhaps you feel energetic and would like to enjoy a game of table tennis on the 9ft table, conveniently situated in the shade!

All towels, including beach towels, are provided. Linen and towels changed weekly.

A safe has been provided for the storage of valuables.

Further details

A welcome pack will be provided upon arrival consisting of water, juice, milk, tea, coffee, bread and butter, wine and beer and is included in the cost of the villa hire.

The accommodation is more suited for families and we do not accept bookings for all male or female parties. The villa is strictly a NO-SMOKING villa.

We do request that when dining/drinking outside, for safety reasons you use the plastic glasses provided. We do wish to avoid the necessity of the swimming pool being emptied for the removal of broken glass as this will not only hamper your enjoyment of the pool but will present you with an extra cost.

Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £250 will be required with your final balance.

The Famagusta region

Southern Cyprus boasts a wonderful climate with long hot summers and mild winters, during which you could visit the Troodos mountains to ski in the morning, and then return to the beach for the afternoon! A trip to the Troodos is most definitely recommended at any time of the year, with it's quaint villages and even wineries!

The island is easily accessible by car and it is now possible to travel over to the north of the island, although please check insurance implications with your car rental company if not travelling on an organised trip.

There are numerous pretty sandy bays, several within walking distance of the villa, with the famous Fig Tree Bay and Nissi Beach being 5 and 10 minutes drive respecitvely. En-route to the scenic Cape Greko National Park is Konnos Bay which is beautiful, but a fairly steep climb down.

Nearby there are several viewpoints to the "Ghost City" of Famagusta.

The Protaras / Ayia Triada area

The villa is ideally located with short drives to Pernera, Protaras and Kapparis, all of which have excellent beaches and a vast array of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The resort of Ayia Napa is a 10-minute drive away for those preferring a livelier night life.

The local bay of Ayia Triada is a lovely sandy cove overlooked by a picturesque little chapel. The sandy bay by the Golden Coast hotel has a new marina and it is from here you can depart on one of the excellent daily boat trips along the coast.

For the more energetic, try the steep climb up to the beautiful Profitis Elias Church located in Protaras. This offers excellent views along the bay and looks spectacular at night.

Paralimni is the main town of the area and is a traditional busy Cypriot town offering wonderful churches, shops, and cafes - not to be missed.

There are two waterparks - a small one based in Pernera and a huge one in Ayia Napa.

Fly to Larnaca and either take a taxi to Protaras, or arrange car hire from the airport. The journey from airport to the villa is approx 40 minutes via the A3 Motorway. Detailed directions will be provided.

“excellent villa” This villa was one of the best we have ever stayed in, it was very clean and welcoming with everything you could ask for in it. The people that greated us when we got there were, friendly and helpful and we thank them so much for all there help and kindness, the pool and he hot tub were to die for and were looked after by the pool man who was very friendly too. We will be booking this villa in the future and love cyprus !!! Response: We're delighted that you had a wonderful honeymoon at the villa.

i must admit i had the most relaxing holidays thanks to your lovely house. everything was in great condition the house and the pool was great. Especially the place where your house is, it is very quiet we had only one house next door which was occupied and we had peace and quiet. I must also admit that you have thought of everything to put in the house, the games for the children, the cds even some of the cutlery i never thought i would find in a holiday house. thanks again for the lovely holidays, i am surely going to tell to my friends about your house and surely i am having you in mind for next summer. The poolarea was superb and our 5 year old daughter leaned to swim during the 2 weeks we were there.
The beach is in walkingdistance and the nearest large supermarket is only e few minutes a way by car.
It was the first time we tried to hire a private villa for our vacation, but it´s not going to be the last. And maybe we´ll be back in a couple of years.

"we have stopped in a few villas in cyprus but this was the best by far.very well equipped with everything you need for your stay .nice quiet and relaxing location and you are not overlooked . the pool and the hot tub were great.we hired a car but it is not necessary as there is a regular bus service. that runs to both protaras and ayia napa.i would reccomend this villa to family and friends and will be booking again for sure.
