The interior of the apartment is designed to a very high standard boasting luxury kitchen with granite worktops, ceramic hob & dishwasher. Beautifully furnished throughout in a modern yet relaxing style.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of Kapparis village. Here you will find many modern, chic restaurants and cafe/bars.
Alexandra II has its own gymnasium with sauna and is adjacent to a beautiful Wellness & Health Spa with tennis courts.
A short drive is the traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni with its refurbished town square and historic church. You can relax here with a 'frappaccino'.

SUNSHINE AND MORE.................
The south-eastern area of Cyprus enjoys the best climate on the island. The cool breezes and long sunny days make this a much sought after location.
From the highest point of Cape Greko the whole of Famagusta area can be viewed. Look North to the old Famagusta town or west past Ayia Napa towards Larnaca.
Fantastic motorway road links make it really easy for you to travel by car to all parts of the island. Pine scented forests at the Troodos mountains. The culture and history of Paphos. The divided city of Nicosia. The warm Mediterranean waters and sandy beaches of the southern coast.

The Protaras / Kapparis area
Kapparis High Street is a short walk from the apartment: Here you will find a superb selection of restaurants and cafe/bars to suite all budgets and tastes. Also, a well stocked supermarket and a 24 hour bakery is available for your essentials and convenience.
A short car journey or bus ride will take you to Paralimni. The town has Internationally recognised stores, local shops, boutiques and banks. You can rest a while at a trendy cafe/bar in the newly refurbished town square which is dominated by its church.
Less than 10 minutes from the apartment is Protaras with the beautiful Fig Tree Bay and its large sandy beach, with lots of water sports on offer including Scuba diving and Parasailing. There is also a huge choice of themed restaurants, shops and a waterpark. This area is ideal for families.
A 15 minute car journey westward from the apartment, brings you to Ayia Napa with its world famous Nissi Beach. Stay for the evening to experience the vibrant night life and fun fair including the sling-shot ride. The water park in Ayia Napa is the largest in Europe - a must for all the family! There are many quality shops to browse and you can choose from a huge range of restaurants to suit your taste. Stroll the pretty harbour area and watch the fisherman land their catch or visit the little chapel.
5 minutes south east of the apartment is an area of outstanding natural beauty: Walk to the summit of Cape Greko to see the stunning views. Below can be seen the outstanding rugged coast line with its sea caves.
Dhekelia Golf Club is just 30 minutes drive from the apartment. To play: prebooking is advised at www.dhekeliagolfclub.com. The club is within the Dhekelia Forces Garrison where you can also find, arguably, the best Fish & Chip Restaurant / Take away on the island.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.
The full holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure, by bank transfer or cheque.
If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday date, the full amount will be required.
A £100 security deposit is required for any damage/loss/non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return following satisfactory inspection).
