Furnished to an extremely high standard with marble floors throughout. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is air conditioning, which is essential for the hot Summer months. The villa offers spacious and luxurious accommodation with satelite tv and everything needed for a home from home self catering holiday.

The villa stands on a large plot offering privacy for relaxing Summer evenings. There is a large patio area which surrounds a private pool. There is a BBQ area with sink etc. aswell as a lounge area under the very large pergola offering luxurious shaded comfort from the midday heat. Also found outside is a large dining area with seating for 6 aswell as sun loungers.

All linen and towels are provided .
We ask that guests arrive from 4pm and vacate the villa by 11am in order for us to prepare for the next guests. This may be flexible.
Conditions
We will require a deposit of £200 (non refundable) and £200 breakages deposit (refundable) at the time of booking with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
We request that our guests do not smoke within the villa.
The Famagusta region
Cyprus has a perfect climate, the summers are long and hot and even the winters are very mild. You can even go skiing in the Troodos mountains, which is only 90 minutes drive away.
The Cypriot people are very welcoming and among the warmest you will find anywhere. .
The whole island is very accessible by car ( it only takes 1 hr 40 mins to drive from Protaras to the other side of the island to Paphos!) and has lots to see and do. From the annual watersports events at Cape Greko, to the many historical sites towards the western side of the island. Cyprus is a fabulous place to explore and hiring a car to take in the sights is highly recommended.
The Protaras area
Protaras covers a large area and includes miles of beaches and many secluded sandy coves. There is something for everyone. Whether it be sampling the excellent cuisine from the many traditional Cypriot restaurants in the area or enjoying the hustle and bustle of the many bars and restaurants that Protaras high street has to offer. For others it may be enjoying the more relaxed atmosphere of the nearby cosmopolitan town of Paralimni with its cafe society feel set around at its centre you will find a beautiful ornate church.

Fly into Larnaca airport, it is approximately 40 minutes drive to the villa which is very easy to find.

We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa,excellent location .close to shops ,bars ,but yet also really quiet . Short walking distance to lovely beaches ,our children (age7&14) lived in the pool ! Would recommend hiring a car so you can travel around this lovely island , people really friendly . Local restaurants are fantastic |

Pool and outside space was fabulous. Villa was immaculate. Fridge and white goods were excellent quality which meant plenty of really cold drinks essential in a hot climate. The location in Kapparis meant we could walk to a wide selection of 'classy' restaurants and bars. The beach was literally at the end of our road and had areas to swim and snorkel with a good selection of fish and sea creatures to see. Our kids at 14 and 16 made the most of the 'Kapparis Water Fun' which provided wake boarding and various other water sports. All round we had a fabulous holiday. |
