This unique corner villa is on the exclusive development that is built on a elevated position offering SEAVIEW in the popular location of Protaras.It is furnished to high standard including spacious three bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and air conditioning.It has a lovely garden and is with a large private pool.
The villa sleeps 6 and further 2 can be accommodated with the use of the living room large sofa.Cot and High chair available on request. It has 1 double plus 4 single beds and has open plan lounge/dining area providing comfortable seating for 6. The well equipped kitchen has oven, hob extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, with LCD Television, DVD player,Satellite TV and luxurios surrounding to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday with Mediterranean views from the villa in Protaras.

Villa Aurora is well located and equipped and furthermore all bedrooms have Sea views,with two rooms having balcony/terrace for a great family holiday.
Air conditioning with heat option & remote control , to lounge and all bedrooms.
Well equipped kitchen with granite worktops with coffee making facility, utensils, crockery & cutlery.
The open plan lounge opens out via patio doors onto the terrace & a door open out to the pool area.
Gas Hob & Electric Oven.
Full height wardrobes in all bedrooms.
Main bedroom has double bed, en-suite with bath & shower, basin & wc and has a sea view balcony.
The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds, with one room opening out onto a balcony overlooking the pool and the other room with a sea view from the window.
All bedrooms have bedside drawer unit with lamp, with bedroom two having dressing table & stool.
Family bathroom with bath basin and wc.
Downstairs with basin and wc.

The outside area of the villa is with a private pool with fencing all round for privacy. It has sun loungers, umbrella, table and chairs, built barbeque, outside shower and beautiful garden.

This villa is suitable for couples and families including children but please note we do not accept bookings for
any other group under the age of 30 or single sex parties.
Conditions
A 25% ( non refundable ) deposit will be required to secure the booking. The balance plus a security/ damages deposit of £ 250 is required six weeks before arrival. Full payment and security/ damages deposit is required at the time of booking if the arrival is within six weeks of the booking. The security/ damages deposit will be refunded within two weeks upon satisfactory inspection and safe return of keys.
Only the guests detailed on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa during your holiday. Any changes must be notified to us before the start of the holiday

The Famagusta region
Famagusta District is one of the six districts of Cyprus. Its main town is the island's most important port, Famagusta.
Cape Greco, also known as Cavo Greco is a headland in the southeastern part of the district. It is at the southern end of Famagusta Bay. It is frequently visited by many tourists for its natural beauty and is a protected coastal nature park. From the high points on the cliff that rests at the cape one can view amazing sights out to sea.
The Protaras / Mesogios Villas Complex area
Villa AURORA is situated within walking distance of the famous blue flag beach on the eastern coast of Cyprus known as Figtree bay with its crystal clear water and golden sands. This beach resort offers various water sports such as water skiing, para-sailing, jet skiing, banana boats and pedaloe hire. Within walking distance are mini markets, a LIDL store, pubs, karaoke bars, tavernas, fish & chips, restaurants such as Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican and various fast food outlets plus amusement arcades, mini golf etc. Just across from the villa brings one to the sea ideal for snorkelling and swimming and approx. 5 mins walk to a secluded sandy cove. For a panoramic view of Protaras the Profitis Elias church is worth a visit. Other beaches nearby are Konnos and Pernera. A 10-15 mins. drive away is the livelier resort of Ayia Napa with its own beach, water sports, funfair night-life and clubs. There is also the award winning Water World water park, the largest in Europe.

Have just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Aurora in Protaras. The villa is perfectly situated in a quiet residential location, a stone's throw from the sea. There is a beautiful pebble beach a 2 min walk away which gently shelves into the sea. All the waters around Protaras are perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving. The villa is only a 15min walk away from the main high st in Protaras with all its bars and restaurants, but the area by the villa is very peaceful and there is no noise at all. The villa itself is very well equipped and there is a beautiful pool to cool off in. The pool is regularly cleaned to a high standard. Overall I could not fault this villla and would not hesitate to recommend it. |

The villa was as stated in the write up, it was fitted with all the mod cons for the kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and the main bedroom had an ensuite. The villa had great air conditioning which was a must as the outside temperature was in the 40's most days. The swimming pool and surronding area were great and the pool was cleaned every 2 or 3 days. It was a 10 - 15 minute walk to all the bars & restuarants and the main beach at Fig Tree Bay where there was plenty to do with all the main watersports available. There's a pebble beach about 3 mins walk away through the alleyway between the villas opposite where we was able to do snorkling. If you turned right at the bottom of the road and followed the path around the rocks you will find a little sandy cove. Great location if you want the nightlife but not right on top of you. We spent our holidays at villa Aurora in the begining of September. The weather was beautiful!
Villa located very great. It's not far from the main street of Protaras ( 15 minutes walk ) and from the nearest
sandy beach about 10-15 minutes walk. If you want to find beautiful pebble beach you should just across the
street and go between next door villas.
Villa has good modern equipment, but there is no internet connection.
Our meeting was organized by the local agency and following directions it was easy to find this villa.
Agent was very polite and she solves all our problems immediately.
