Luxurious unique detached corner villa with large private swimming pool 8x4 meters (unheated) , outside shower and barbeque and a verandah in the pretty resort of Pernera. The villa has three bedrooms with built in wardrobes, and is furnished and equipped with air condition, large LCD tv with satelite tv and DVD player.
Outside there is comfortable garden furniture and luxurious surroundings in which to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday.
This villa is within a walking distance to the beach, tavernas, bars, restaurants and local supermarkets.
The new sea front pernera-protaras walkway is within walking distance for your evening strolls.
The resort of Ayia Napa is within 10 min drive with more restaurants, pubs, tavernas, karaoke bars and not
forgetting the Ayia Napa water park and funfair for all the family to enjoy.

The outside area of the villa is with a private pool with fencing all round for privacy. It has sun loungers, umbrella, garden furniture, outside shower and built barbeque.

A 25% deposit of the grand total (incl. refundable £250.00 security/damages) is required to secure the booking. The balance is required six weeks before arrival. Full payment and security/ damages deposit is required at the time of booking if the arrival is within six weeks of the booking. The security/ damages deposit will be refunded within two weeks upon satisfactory inspection and safe return of keys.
Only the guests detailed on the booking form are permited to stay in the villa during your holiday. Any changes must be notified to us before the start of the holiday.

Conditions

This villa is suitable for couples and families including children but please note we do not accept bookings for
any other groups under the age of 30 or single sex parties.

The Famagusta region

“Perfect for a quiet holiday” We spent the two first 2 weeks in October at Isabella, and it was jjust perfect. We were 3 adult couples and there were plenty of room inside and outside. The villa is very well equipped and practical. It was nice and clean and the pool was taken care of several times during our stay. The villa is in a very quiet area of Pernera. You can walk to the nice beaches and reastaurants in about 10 minutes. Even though it is a very small place, it had plenty of restaurants, and if you should want something else, Fig Tree Bay and Aya Napa is easy to get to by bus. The only time we missed a car was when going to the bigger supermarkets, they are a bit too far to walk. We would all love to come back, and highly recommend the villa for a great holiday.

“Lovely villa.Great holiday” My family and I (husband,2x teenagers and 1x 9yr old) have just arrived back from staying in this lovely villa, the owner was excellent and very friendly even allowing us the use of the villa untill our departure as nobody due to arrive. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the villa we found it clean,spacious and well equipped. Big sofa, large TV and good beds. We did however spend a lot of time around the pool area which was great. Very private and not overlooked unlike other villas we have stayed in. The villa is in a good quiet, location but near to beaches ,shops and resturants. Everything you need for a good holiday. In particular we enjoyed strolling along the seafront boardwalk to Protaras which is full of tavernas/resturants (best early morning or evening as temp 37C+ the week we were there - late July). In all we would definitely recommend this villa.

“fabulous stay at a gorgeous villa” found the villa very clean on arrival. The bedrooms are a good size and beds very comfy. The kitchen was also a good size for guest with all you need. The living room area was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The whole group really enjoyed the large pool and spent most of our time beside it or in it! There is a BBQ with a lovely sitting area. We all very much enjoyed our stay here and thought it was excellent value for money!
