The outside area of the villa is with a private pool with fencing all round for privacy. It has sun loungers, umbrella, garden furniture, outside shower and built barbeque.

A 25% ( non refundable ) deposit will be required to secure the booking. The balance plus a security/ damages deposit of £ 250 is required six weeks before arrival. Full payment and security/ damages deposit is required at the time of booking if the arrival is within six weeks of the booking. The security/ damages deposit will be refunded within two weeks upon satisfactory inspection and safe return of keys.
Only the guests detailed on the booking form are permited to stay in the villa during your holiday. Any changes must be notified to us before the start of the holiday.
Conditions
This villa is suitable for couples and families including children but please note we do not accept bookings for
any other groups under the age of 30 or single sex parties.

The Famagusta region
Famagusta District is one of the six districts of Cyprus.Its main town is the islands most imprtant port famagusta.
Cape Greco, also known as Cavo Gkreko is a headland in the southeastern part of the district, it is at southern end of Famagusta bay. It is frequently visited by many tourists for its natural beauty and is a protected coastal nature park. From the high points on the cliff that rests at the cape one can view amazing sights out to sea.
The Protaras / Pernera area
Villa ISABELLE is situated near Pernera bay within walking distance to Golden Coast beach / Marina on the eastern coast of Cyprus with its crystal clear waters and golden sands. Further drive away towards Cape Greco brings you to the livelier resort of Ayia Napa with its own beach, water sports, night-life and clubs, and a huge amusements/fair ground park which is suitable for all ages.There is also the award winning Water World water park, the largest in Europe.

found the villa very clean on arrival. The bedrooms are a good size and beds very comfy. The kitchen was also a good size for guest with all you need. The living room area was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The whole group really enjoyed the large pool and spent most of our time beside it or in it! There is a BBQ with a lovely sitting area. We all very much enjoyed our stay here and thought it was excellent value for money! |

We would like to say we had a wonderful time at villa Isabelle.

Just to let you know, we had a wonderful holiday at villa Isabelle - we didn't want to come home! The location
was excellent - near the beach, restaurants and shops, but in a quiet area, which was perfect for relaxing. We
enjoyed the large private pool, which was clean and there was a choice of outdoor seating by the lush garden,
which was lovely for having dinner out in the evenings. We found the villa to be exactly as described on the
website - it was like a home from home. There was air conditioning throughout the house, modern furniture
and a widescreen TV and a fully equipped kitchen - even a blender, which we used to make fresh fruit smoothies
with everyday! There was even a washing machine and dishwasher, which proved to be useful. The welcome
pack was a godsend on our first day and the service from the owners was helpful from start to finish, making
the whole rental process smooth and stress-free.Having holidayed in many villas, we have found this to be the
best to date and would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful stay at a beautiful place in the sun.
Once again, thank you for allowing us to stay in villa Isabelle. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our one week stay back in October this year.
Lovely light clean and tastefully decorated villa with plenty of space set in a quiet pleasant area. We really liked
the open plan kitchen,diner and sitting room with windows opening to every side of the garden. The pool was
large enough to swim and refreshing. We enjoyed cooking with proper barbeque with charcoal and also
enjoyed the short walk to the sea.
All in all, we could not fault it and recommend villa Isabelle highly.
