Beautiful unique 3 bed villa in a secluded position with views of the coastal area of Protaras. It is furnished to a very high standard and is air-conditioned. Sleeps 8. Close to Protaras and the beaches at Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay, as well as being near to tavernas, shops and supermarkets.
The villa sleeps 8 people. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the outside area.
On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom. There is also an open plan attic-type room with TV which has two single beds – really only suitable for children since it is an open area and has a low sloping ceiling. Family bathroom with bath and shower.
On the ground floor is an open plan lounge with satellite TV and DVD. There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen. Shower room with jacuzzi shower and w.c.. Dining area.
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m with sun beds, comfortable patio furniture, hammock There is a waterfall rock area located at the end of the pool.
Air-conditioning included. Cot hire available at a small supplement. 4 WD vehicle although not essential. The road to the villa is uneven in places.

The Famagusta District
45 minutes from Larnaca airport, the local town of Paralimni is a traditional busy Cypriot town. It offers a variety of shops and eateries and has some beautiful churches to visit. The area offers some of the best beaches on the island with Fig Tree Bay in Protaras only a 5 minutes drive and Nissi beach in Agia Napa only 10 minutes drive. View points of the 'Ghost Town' of Famagusta are close by. Sightseeing trips can be taken to the 'divided' city of Nicosia and take a trip to the Troodos Mountains and see the pretty villages on the way up. You could even take a tour to the north of the island to see a different Cyprus.
Protaras area
Protaras is a seaside resort with some of Cyprus’s most beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay. Water sports are always available here and during the evening there is the Magic Waters attraction or just wander the streets absorbing all the sights and sounds after enjoying a meal in one of the many restaurants.
Ayia Napa is 15 minutes drive away and is always full of life with plenty to see and do, and there is the fantastic Water World just outside the town. In this area you will find some lovely beaches, Nissi Beach being one of the more popular. What was once a small fishing harbour surrounded by a few houses has fast become a popular resort, particularly with families and young people. Ayia Napa shimmering clear blue waters and white sandy beaches provide an exceptional setting for beach lovers, and the resort offers plenty of exciting activities for families.
How to get there
Larnaca airport is the nearest to the villa and is a 50 minute drive. Paphos airport is about 2 hours away.

Three bedrooms - sleeps maximum 8 persons. A beautiful unique 3 bed villa in a secluded position with sea views of the coastal area of Protaras. It is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned.
Three bedrooms One double bedroom on ground floor with en-suite shower, w.c. and washbasin. Two bedrooms on the first floor - one double and one with two single beds. In addition to the bedrooms there is an open plan landing area with two single beds, really only suitable for children as it has a low sloping ceiling. First floor bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin.
The ground floor is open plan and in the lounge there is a four seater and a two seater leather settee. There is an open wood fire and a satellite TV, plus DVD player. The dining table will seat six people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ground floor – bathroom with a Jacuzzi type shower, w.c. and washbasin.
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has a waterfall rock area at one end of the pool. Sunbeds are provided and there is plenty of patio furniture and hammocks. There is also a large built in barbecue. A stroll through the garden will take you to fishponds, and what only be described as a siesta area in the trees. There is also a covered pool table in this areas with lighting for when it gets dark. The views from the patio/veranda areas are truly stunning, and there are many nature walks to be taken in the hills.
Cot hire can be arranged if required at a small supplement. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2010 - THIS IS AN EXTREMELY POPULAR VILLA AND GETS BOOKED UP VERY EARLY. IF YOU WISH TO BOOK FOR 2010 WE WILL TAKE A 25% DEPOSIT NOW TO RESERVE THE DATES WITH A FURTHER 25% DUE BY THE END OF JANUARY 2010. THE BALANCE WILL THEN BE DUE 8 WEEKS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE.
Terms of Booking:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal but this does incur a 3.5% service charge.
A £250 (350 euro) refundable deposit is required against damages and breakages. This is payable with your final payment and will be refunded in full within in 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
We only accept family bookings at this villa and do not accept bookings from single sex parties.
