This villa is furnished to a high standard - downstairs open plan - fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is also a WC. The first floor has three bedrooms, two with king size beds and the third with two 3'6" beds and family bathroom with power shower. Outside is the enclosed garden with its own swimming pool, patio area. At the side of the front of the property there is room for one car.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus has an ideal climate, hot Summers and the Troodos Mountains are excellent for skiing in the Winter. The Cypriot hospitality is second to none and although the resort of Protaras offers excellent facilities, we advise that you take the time to visit the local towns and villages to experience all Cyprus has to offer.
The roads are easy to use as they drive on the left and car hire is cheap. If you prefer not to drive there are many trips and excursions on offer and lots of historical and cultural places to see and can be booked through local Travel Agents. The North of Cyprus is now easily accessible.
Protaras / Mandali Villas area
In one direction the villa is a 10 minute walk into the lively family resort of Protaras which offers something for everyone. Its wide variety of bars and restaurants caters for adults/children and for all tastes and budgets. It has some of the best beaches on the island.
A five minute walk in the other direction will take you into Pernera which is quieter but also has excellent Tavernas and Restaurants. There are also several beaches in this area which are quieter than those in the centre of Protaras.
There is a small water park approx. 2minutes walk from the house for children up to 12 years old but for the whole family there is an excellent water park in Ayia Napa - approx. 10 miles away - which has been described as one of the best in Europe.

Guestbook for No. 12 Mandali Villas
We have had the use of this Villa in October 2004 and October 2005 and have enjoyed the easy access to Protaras and Pernera and its tremendous variety of Restaurants/Tavernas. Our 8 year old Daughter particularly enjoyed the Water Park - only 250 m from the house and we are all looking forward to renting the Villa again in October this year. Sean & Annette Barry.
