This exquisite villa is located in an exclusive area, a short walk from the centre of Protaras and the beach. In a quiet cul-de-sac of only 6 villas surrounded by trees and open fields. Situated at the foot of St Elias church which is lit up in the evening and is a spectacular sight. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor ideal for easy access with a shower room and two on the first floor with a shared bathroom. Both upstairs rooms have patio doors leading onto a large shared balcony. One of the bedrooms also has patio doors leading onto a second balcony. The living/dining/kitchen areas are spacious and open plan with patio doors leading to a veranda and a 4 x 8m swimming pool. There is an outside utility room, pool shower and barbeque area. There is also a driveway for offroad parking.

The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is air conditioning throughout the villa which offer spacious comfort and everything needed for a home from home self catering holiday. Features also include various DVDs, CDs and board games to keep the children amused! Ashtrays are provided for outdoor use only as we requests guests not to smoke inside the villa.

Situated in an exclusive cul-de-sac. The villa has off street private parking for at least 2 cars leading to the barbecue area and on to the patio and sun terraces which surround the 8 x 4m private swimming pool and outside shower. The pool has steps leading into it making it safe for children and benefits from all day long sun. There are patio tables, chairs, sun loungers and gazebos with separate seating areas. The villa stands on an extensive plot with covered pergolas for much needed shade, tiled terraces offering space, comfort and privacy. There is an outside utility room housing a washing machine and storage space. The swimming pool is cleaned and checked twice weekly.

The villa has air conditioning throughout which is a necessity in the hot summer months, this will be made available on request at an additional charge. We can also offer and mid-week cleaning and laundry service at a small extra charge.
A welcome pack can be provided if required.
Nursery items can be provided if required, cot, highchair and prams etc.
We ask that guests vacate the villa by 11 am in order for us to prepare for the next guests. The villa is available after 4pm on the day of arrival.
Conditions
We will require a deposit of £200 (non refundable) and £200 breakages deposit (refundable, provided there is no damage to the villa) at the time of booking with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
We request that our guests do not smoke within the villa. Car hire can be arranged at very competitive rates.
The Famagusta region
Cyprus has an ideal climate, the summers are long and hot and in the winter months there are excellent skiing facilities in the Troodos mountains. The Cypriot hospitality is second to none and although the resort of Protaras offers excellent facilities, we advise that you take the time to visit the local towns and villages to experience all Cyprus has to offer. The roads are easy to use as they drive on the left and car hire is cheap. If you prefer not to drive there are many trips and excursions on offer and lots of historical and cultural places to see. The North of Cyprus is now easily accessed.
The Protaras / Central Protaras area
The most popular resort in Southern Cyprus, Protaras is a lively family resort which offers something for everyone. Its wide variety of bars and restaurants caters for all tastes and budgets.
You can sun yourself in the privacy and seclusion of the villa with your own pool and eat exclusively at your own BBQ area or you can take a 5 minute stroll into the centre of Protaras and join the lively night life and bustling holiday resort atmosphere. The many bars offer a variety of entertainment including tribute bands, karaoke and live music. Children are always welcome in the bars and their personal entertainment is catered for . The choice is yours!
Protaras has some of the best beaches on the island with the large main beach and resort centre only a short walk away.
The water park at Ayia Napa is easily accessed by either car or bus being 10 minutes drive away. There is also a small water park in Pernera which is within 10 minutes walk.
If you decide to visit us in the winter months, a 90 minute drive will take you the Troodos mountains where you can sample the joys of leaning to ski!! Or if you are already an expert you can enjoy the more advanced runs.

Fly to Larnaca airport, it is approximately 40 minutes drive to the villa which is very easy to find.

Donna was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, appraochable and willing to answers any queries no matter how trivial. We travelled as a couple with a small baby and stayed with my parents in the villa. The villa was very well presented, clean and spacious enough for all of us without feeling 'on top of each other'. Loved the pool area which had sun all day long, with a lovely sized pool which we enjoyed eating and drinking around both during the day and in the evening before venturing out to the many bars and restaurants. This is the first time we've rented a villa and it made holidaying with a small baby relatively easy with air conditioning and home from home facilities to clean and sterilise bottles etc. Oh, and not fighting for sun beds!! It was a perfect distance from Protarus, quiet location with great bars/restaurants within a few minutes walk! We all absolutely loved the villa and would definatly return again! Thanks! Our daughter was getting married in Ayia Napa, and because there were many family members making the trip we decided on a villa rather than hotel; did'nt we fall on a gem with the Ouranus Villa in Protaras. The villa provided every comfort of home with the added bliss of a private pool, a lovely garden area with shade when needed. Donna, the villa owner made everything easy for us, even arranging transfers from the airport to the villa, nothing was too much trouble, with Donna even arranging the hire of the villa next door for other wedding guests. Our stay at the villa made a memorable visit to Cyprus even more special, Would I recommend this villa, a resounding yes. We stayed at the Ouranus villa for two weeks end of July beginning Aug 2011 and can honestly say it was the best villa holiday ever. The villa itself was a real home from home, there was nothing that hadnt been thought of. It was so beautifully designed and in the most secluded spot and yet so close to all ammenities. We were a little apprehensive as we booked the villa and flights independently, something we had not done before. However there was no need to worry, everything went really smoothly. The airport transfers we had booked with the owners also went smoothly.We had the good fortune to be met by the lovely owners when we arrived, who were themselves on holiday at the time.They were so friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay . We enjoyed our holiday here so much and can definately recommend it. Book it! You won't be dissapointed. The villa was excellent and because it is in a lovely quiet cul de sac it made you feel you were in a home not just a villa. There has been a lot of effort gone into making sure there is everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and can't recommend this villa enough.

The villa was fantastic, better than we could have hoped, very clean and well equipped and the children enjoyed the DVDs when the sun got a little too hot. The location was ideal for a family as it was close enough to the bars / restaurants but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet in a lovely setting. We felt very safe and the visitors to the villas (cleaner / gardener /pool man) were very respectful of our privacy and helpful when we asked advice regarding site seeing.
The private pool was an added bonus which we all used every day
The car you arranged was excellent value for money enabling us to venture further a field experiencing more of Cyprus - which we enjoyed

Hi Donna, I would like to thank you for letting us hire your fantastic villa. It was beautiful, a real home from home and I can honestly say I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. It was so tastefully decorated and if you don't do that job for a living, I reckon you should, you would make a fortune! We all had a great time and thought it was really nice of you to to go the extra mile and get the water for us , give us a lift to the bank and help the kids out with setting their music up etc. even though it was your holiday too! I will definitely recommend your villas to all our friends and hope to return next year
