About the home

Villa Allin is our luxury home from home on Aphrodite’s beautiful island of Cyprus. Situated 200 metres from the beach that is excellent for snorkelling (and only a few paces from the swimming pool!) it is walking distance from some of the best restaurants in the area and only a few minutes drive from the lively resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.

3 Double bedrooms (sleeps 6). Very comfortable, tastefully furnished, offering superb self-catering accommodation. With stunning sea views. Basically, this house has everything you may need including:

• Fully air conditioned throughout. • Shutters/fly screens. • 3 double bedrooms, (1 twin, 2 doubles) • Bath/shower room. • Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer. • Lounge to seat 6 comfortably with satellite TV/DVD, music centre. • Dining area to seat 6. • Downstairs toilet. • Large outside patio area complete with sun loungers, barbecue, outside shower, Pergola, dining table to seat 6

The Famagusta region

The exclusive area of Kapparis, Protaras, is in one of the nicest areas of the eastern coast of Cyprus. The area has something for everyone, with lovely sandy coves, water sports and many local restaurants and friendly local pubs. 5 minutes drive from the main tourist centre of Protaras and Fig tree bay. Paralimni is again 5 minutes drive with its shops, churches and cafes. Ayia Napa is approx 20 minutes drive.

Being within a 2 minutes stroll of Fireman's Beach it’s a very difficult decision; beach or patio overlooking the pool. What better way to relax than a cool refreshing drink on the terrace whilst enjoying the sea view.

However, there’s a lot more to do than laze around! Spend a day in the Troodos Mountains, see the endless historical sites or try a whole range of water sports. In Ayia Napa you will find WaterWorld, the largest themed water park in Europe!

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis is the fastest up and coming area in Cyprus ideally located 45 minutes from Larnaca and within a 10 minute drive of Protaras and a 15 minute drive to Ayia Napa. There are 3 sandy coves within a 5-10 minute stroll from the property, Firemans Beach being the largest and best known. You can walk for miles along the coastal path passing sandy coves, inlets, rock formations, cliffs and secluded beaches.

Kapparis has a varied selection of bars, pubs, tavernas and restaurants with all tastes and ages catered for together with a range of shops including a 24 hour bakery, supermarket,car hire and numerous others.

Kapparis is a quiet area and is the coastal resort of the town of Paralimni which is a 5 minute drive away and capital of the region. Protaras with the famous Fig Tree Bay is a large resort offering every conceivable facility from a Water World , evening water show to mini golf and great shopping. Ayia Napa has the famous Nissi Beach and of course is the clubbing capital

“Perfect” Clean, and spacious villa This villa is great for a family, the outside space is wonderful. The owners of this property are very accomodating and very nice people The villa is set in kapparis so to get around like anywhere in cyprus you will need a car. The pool area is great,although overlooked it is overall a very peaceful location. Air conditioning is on a timer which you can understand, but in peak season it was very hot so every 2hours you wake up to switch it back on. Everything you need is in this Villa they have thought of everything! Value for money! Thank you Villa Allin!

“Perfect.” Great villa, very clean and spacious. Excellent location. Not in the town but a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Parking right at the front door. If we didnt go out at night we used the Fab BBQ on the terrace. Highly recommend this property. Teenagers were able to drive to Ayia Napa or jump on the local bus going to Protasis. There is a small local beach a few hundred yards at the bottom of the road, easy to carry a cool box to and have a swim or a few foot steps to the spacious shared pool which our 11yr old used alot. The property owners were a joy to deal with, very helpful. Cant wait to go back.

“Love the villa. Great location. Quiet. Relaxed. Great pool. That's why we keep going back.” This was our third trip to the villa and it never disappoints. Well appointed inside and really a home from home. But you don't go to Cyprus to stay inside. Outside there is a good size patio area including a built in Greek style barbecue which we always make great use of. 30 yards away is the pool which is shared between a small number of villas. This is lovely and provides an opportunity for the children to make friends with kids of the families who tend to rent the villas. There are safety gates to keep errant little ones secure and the pool gets sun all day. Glorious. At midday, we find it best to seek some shade on the patio around the villa which is most welcome along with ice cold watermelon and a beer. The fact is though that the kids are still within sight, and usually earshot in the pool. The villa has easy access to local shops, bars and restaurants both in the village, which is small and has pretty much everything you need, as well as in the the surrounding towns such as Paralimni and Protaras. Larger supermarkets are a short drive away. We love it here and will definitely be coming back.
