This newly built apartment is located on The Great Kings complex in the quiet town of Kapparis, around a 5 minute drive from Protaras and 15 minutes from the lively resort of Ayia Napa. It has been furnished to a very high standard aiming at providing the tenants with the utmost in luxury and comfort. Complete with a 32" LCD TV , DVD and satellite and all the mod. cons this property stands out. The complex boasts a large lagoon-styled pool as well as a toddler pool. Luxury sunbeds and umbrellas are provided around the large pool area where you are able to relax and enjoy the sun. Toilet, shower and changing facilities are also provided as is a KIOSK which will be selling refreshments and for the very energetic ones there is a tennis court within the complex.

A welcome booklet is available in the apartment giving you a lot of useful information on the area, on what to do in case of emergencies, information on what to visit etc

A large lagoon type communal pool along with a kiddies pool is nestled amongst nicely landscaped gardens providing the ideal spot to soak up the sun on this sun drenched island.. Sun lounges and umbrellas are provided and there are toilets and showers situated on the ground floor.. Lifts are available and so is a little kiosk that will be selling basic refreshments etc

The Famagusta region

The Famagusta area offers resorts with something for all ages: Ayia Napa with its famous Nissi Beach and an abundance of bars, restaurants and beaches; quieter but cosmopolitan Protaras with its famous Fig Tree bay, bars and restaurants are amongst a few places to visit. A huge range of water sports are available throughout the area. Fishing trips are also available from the many harbours, nearest being Pernera, 5 mins drive.

A large water park is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa and is a great day out for all the family. A smaller water park is situated on the outskirts of Protaras.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis is an up and coming resort, located within easy reach of both Protaras and Ayia Napa as well as the towns of Paralimni and Derynia and is ideally located for those wishing to cross the border into Northern Cyprus.

The main street (Kennedy Avenue) has an abundance of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakers. Traditional Cypriot cuisine plus international cuisine (Chinese, Italian, English are all available within an easy walk of the apartment. Many restaurants also offer a delivery service.

A choice of sports channels including Sky Sports is available in most of the bars for the sports fans! Bingo and quiz nights are widely available too!

Kapparis has several small easily accessible sandy beaches, where you can relax and enjoy near year round sunshine, the nearest to this apartment being Fireman's Cove
